The length is great too- not too short or long. I have worn it alone on cooler days over a tank top, and also on cold days UNDER a down jacket because it's a light but warm extra layer. I have worn it with athletic bottoms like yoga pants, and also with jeans/casual pants. I would( and probably will) pay full price for another one( or two) because I know I 'll be wear it for years.
