Definitely buy up 1 size. These shorts are great but they definitely run small. I wear a Medium in shorts but these were so tight that they dug into my skin. I replaced them with a Large and they fit great. I bought the 5 '' in black and pink. The only thing that I do n't like about these shorts is the drawstring. They are so thin that it comes out of the wash tangled and twisted tight every time. It's annoying but not that big of a deal.

I bought this so that I could take my phone on bike rides without needing pockets( or having to worry about it falling out). I was n't sure from the product information if my phone would fit, but my Galaxy A54 with a case on it fits just fine( barely, but it does fit). So, it's perfect for what I was looking for. Not too big or bulky. It does n't get in the way or flop around. It has a flap in it so you can also carry something else and not have it right up against the phone. It's pretty thin so you would n't want to try to put anything big in it, but a running gel or two should fit, and I could see using this for a longer race if you need to carry those.

With morning temps usually in the mid 50's most days I wanted something that was a bit warmer than a short sleeve T but also needed to be visible as I 'm usually running in the city. This shirt is great, love the volt color and the fabric is just a bit thicker/warmer than a typical tech short sleeve T. The thumb holes are perfect for keeping the hands a bit warmer during the first mile or two of warming up or when the wind hits you just a bit too much. I 'm 6' 1- 2/165- 170lb and the standard length medium is a near perfect fit.

The sleeves are roomy enough to slide on without fighting a watch band and fall just past my wrists. A comfortable elastic sits around your wrist and does a pretty good job of keeping the sleeves in place while not feeling tight. The fabric of this jacket is soft to the touch and extremely light, providing a comfortable wearing experience that does n't weigh you down. Even though the fabric feels delicate, it proved itself perfectly balanced-- able to keep me comfortable in the winter chill at the start of my workout and manage to not leave me overheated at the end. The jacket fit like a glove, yet I still felt like I had plenty of room to move without anything riding up or feeling too tight. There was enough room to be able to wear anything from long sleeve to just a sports bra without issue. The hem is asymmetrical, going from shorter in the front to a slightly longer back hem line. I loved this because it still allowed use of a running belt while keeping my lower back more comfortably covered. And did I mention the hood? Light, but providing full coverage so this jacket can demonstrate the full force of its water repellant ability. The hood was my favorite feature. I feel like hoods often do n't cover enough or stay on well enough as you move. This one had no issues with that. Oh, and the front pockets zip, so you do n't have to worry about anything flying out while you 're moving. There's a lot to love in this jacket, and it even includes a whistle tucked into the lapel that you can use when you 're running alone or need to call out to your running buddy. I do n't have any complaints, but if I had to change one thing, I would lengthen the sleeves and add thumb holes. I did feel like the elastic kept the sleeves down pretty well, but thumb holes are just that extra security I love when I run. Overall, this jacket fit great, looked excellent, felt comfortable, and kept me covered and at an ideal temperature from the start of my run to the end.

[ I really love the feel of these shorts. The fabric is fairly thick for running shorts, may get a bit warm in the summer, but work well for me. Helps to show less panty line too. They are definitely stretchy( I am 7 months pregnant in the photo), but still feel really durable. Not like lululemon that starts to pill so easy. The side pockets and adjustable draw string waist is a nice touch too.

[ The Nike Swift Women's High- Waisted 4 '' Tight Running Shorts with Pockets are simply amazing. The material is high quality and buttery soft while offering the support needed for running. The fit was a little snug for me, but I believe I could go up a size and that would work perfectly. I LOVE the pockets because they are large enough to hold a cell phone, snug enough to keep my cell phone in place without the worry of it falling out, and yes, I said pockets because there are two pockets!!!!!! Another thing I absolutely love is the `` hidden '' zippered pocket in the back. Some other shorts have these pockets in the front or on the side, which is not ideal in either location.

[ I recently tried the Nike Swift Women's High- Waisted 7/8 Running Leggings, and overall, they provide a solid mix of performance and comfort. The leggings offer a snug, supportive fit that stayed in place during my runs, without feeling too tight or restrictive. I liked how the waistband was high enough to provide good coverage without digging in. The fabric was soft and had just the right amount of stretch. The material is extremely breathable, and I never felt overheated during my workouts. The design is sleek and minimalist. What I liked the most about the leggings was the comfort and breathability. Rather I wore them during a long run, strength training or just to run errands they felt light yet supportive. I never had to adjust them during a workout or worry about them sliding down. If I could change one thing, it would be the pockets. While the leggings have pockets, I find it too minimal for storing my phone or keys during a long run. A larger, more accessible pocket would make these leggings even more functional for runners.

[ These are designed to fit. Other leggings I have are very straight, and then the mfg relies on the elasticity of the fabric to hug your skin. These are made of an elastic fabric( 75% poly, 25% spandex), but also are cut to hug your body parts. Notice how they cut in on the calf to knee, and on the thigh, there are additional seams to hug the body. The ankle fit is really nice and contributes to the leggings staying in place. There is absolutely no stitching at the bottom of the ankle. The fit was excellent( I 'm 5' 7, 155, in a medium) and had minimal stretching after a run. They got a little longer( so I just replaced the ankle higher and pulled them up), but the waist/butt all remained in place. Also wore these to yoga and they were very comfortable. I especially like the skinny drawstring at the inside top. They also have ventilation at the back of the knees, pockets at both hips, and the logo and some subtle design details are reflective. My only complaint is that they 're too nice to be lounging leggings. Definitely comfortable enough to do errands in or lay around the house, but equally as comfortable for run or workout, which is unlikely for high- waisted, techy workout apparel.

I can rarely find time to go for a run until night time and the temperature has been dropping significantly at night time. That is where this jacket has come in. It has been a perfect run jacket for the night time temperatures. It has kept me from being too hot or too cold. It also has great reflective material for nighttime runs. [ What an absolute gem of a running jacket! I live in northern New England where the weather can quickly change from hot to cold, rain to snow, and everything in between. Dressing for my run can be challenging and it changes every day. Lucky, this Run Visible Convertible Jacket is always in the mix. The quality is what I love the most. It ’s very thin and breathable yet the fabric is very strong. It won ’ t tear easily and it ’s sewn tightly in all the right places. The zipper is durable and doesn ’ t snag the fabric when zipping. This jacket can take some wear and tear from both me and Mother Nature and still hold up perfectly. The reflective material in the arms, wrist and other appropriate places gives me peace of mind. I tend to run in the evening when it starts to get dark. I feel comfortable that I ’ m visible to others without having to wear extra clothing or reflective bands. You also have the option to convert it to a jacket, vest, t- shirt, and tank top style. This comes in handy when running in variety of conditions like I do. Converting it to the different styles is a bit challenging at first but after you get the hang of it, you can do it quickly. You also have the option of the hood if need be. I ’ ve run in misty, windy, hot, and cool weather. I can honestly say that this handles any condition. It repels rain, blocks wind and works well in warm or cool conditions. Having only this jacket to tackle all these conditions is very nice. Overall, this is a well designed runners jacket. It ’s well made and engineered with the runner in mind. [ This jacket does run slightly small in my opinion. I personally like my running clothes snug so I felt a medium, which is my usual size, was a good fit for me. If you prefer your clothes on the loose end I would size up. While I haven ’ t needed to convert this jacket to a vest yet, it is super easy to do and am looking forward to using this feature. So far I ’ ve only ran a few early mornings as the sun is rising in this jacket but I am truly amazed with the reflected material that spans across it. [ My biggest issue running is finding something that works, is lightweight enough, and isn ’ t smacking my body while running or walking. This jacket is perfect for breezy days, slightly cooler runs, and night time exercise. It fits true to size and doesn ’ t agitate my skin or flap against me. When I work up a sweat and need to shed a layer I don ’ t have to awkwardly hold it or tie it around me, I just flip it inside out and pack it into the pocket and* boom* a vest. It is very easy to concert to a vest and back& even when it is in vest form it isn ’ t heavy or flopping around on my back. Could easily put a water vest over it or under it as well if needed. It kept my skin from getting wind burned and helped me maintain some warmth on cooler runs. No chafing either- the fabric is phenomenal! I often walk with my kids in the evening and with it getting darker earlier I love the reflective aspect of this jacket for this every day use as well. Highly recommend for day time, night time, short, and long runs.

[ This convertible jacket is so cool! It only took me less than a minute to figure how to convert it to a vest and back, which was the only thing I was worried about. This could easily be done while jogging or at a short break, then back to a jacket in a snap. The visibility on this jacket is top notch. [ This shirt is really nicely made. The fabric of the shirt is really soft, stretchy, and it weighs just about nothing, which made it really nice to wear( whether running or not!). The heather gray color is classic and always looks good, but it's definitely not as sporty( i. e., brightly colored) as some people prefer for their exercise clothes. I like the muted color though, because I do n't feel like I stick out when I wear it around town. There are some thoughtful additions to the top- for example there is n't a seam under the armpit, which helps prevent discomfort in that area. There are also discrete reflective tabs on the front and back of each shoulder( and of course the Nike Swoosh is reflective too). I thought the lighter gray stripe across the middle would be reflective too, but it is n't. I got an XL, since I like my running/exercise tops to be loose fitting( I usually wear large shirts), and this fits exactly right for an XL. Note that it's a standard fit, not athletic or fitted, so it's loose around the bottom. I run 3x a week, bike, hike, and play with two toddlers whenever I get a chance, and I 'd do any and all these activities while wearing this top! If I had to pick one thing that I loved about the shirt, it would definitely be how soft and comfortable it feels, even though it is an incredibly lightweight fabric.

[ When I unpacked my Nike Running Top the first thing I noticed was that it had no wrinkles even after being very tightly packed. It ’s fabric is smooth and lightweight but doesn ’ t feel paper thin like some brands of exercise shirts. I was initially worried that it might feel clingy like some polyester or synthetic blend shirts tend to, but it fit perfectly without making me uncomfortable or self conscious. I was supremely impressed by how breathable the shirt is. At times the fabric works so well it can almost make you cold. Frankly, I ’ ve taken to not only hiking while wearing it, but also lounging around the house in it since it is so comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about this shirt other than the collar fits a little low for my taste, but that is entirely subjective. Overall, I am very impressed by this product and would 100% recommend it.
