I have loved using the Women ’s Hera weight lifting gloves. I used to get terrible blisters on my hands from either heavy weights or coarse barbels/pull up bars. With the use of these gloves, I have seen an improvement on my grip and less blistering of my palms! I always thought I had relatively smaller hands, but my fingers are thicker, and the size large gloves fit me great. I work recommend these gloves. The Velcro strap made them fit perfectly to my hands and the material was breathable.

This is my first purchase of On shoes-- I generally buy cheaper shoes but then have to use inserts after about a month to maintain comfort. These were more pricy than I usually buy, but they were on sale, and so far I have zero regrets.- They are very comfortable. I do n't even notice them.- They are lighter colored and I am clumsy; I expected them to be stained within a couple days. I have been pleased to find that dirt/grime/spills wipe off of them easily.- I can be on my feet all day and my feet are n't tired To be honest, the only `` complaint '' I have so far is that the laces do n't stay tied all the time. Sometimes I have to retie them. I can live with that. Also( and this has nothing to do with the shoes) this is the first time I 've ever ordered from Dick's and they made the ordering and delivery process a pleasure. It is very form fitting, not much room to move around in but its a great lightweight jacket. I am going to purchase a larger size to use for running as I will use it for layering to keep warm.
