This Calia yoga mat is my favorite. Two best things are its length and grip. I ’ m 5 ’ 8 ” tall so many yoga mats are to short, not this one. I can keep my feet and hands on the matt. No more slippery grip cuz my feet don ’ t fit. The grip is amazing, even when my hands get sweaty. This mat is a bit on the heavier side but that ’s the trade off for the length and grip.

Probably one of the best yoga mats I have ever own. Not only do I use if when I exercise, but I love to stretch out on it. I chose this product because i wanted a good mat for yoga and for ab workouts. This mat checks all the boxes. It has enough cushion to be comfortable on a tile floor. I purchased this yoga mat at my local Dick's Sporting Goods Store. I had been wanting a really good mat after attending Hot Yoga with an 'ordinary' Target- brand mat. I was slipping and sliding all over the place with my previous mat. With the Manduka PRO Mat, I was calm- cool- and stable. It was wonderful! It is a little slick at first( the protective coating has to wear off), but that will get better with time. I have become a Manduka fanatic after using this mat. FYI- it is a little heavy. I would recommend purchasing a yoga strap or yoga bag to haul this puppy around in.

This yoga mat is so perfect! Very durable and solid materials. It lays flat when you first unroll it, not like flimsy ones that roll up on the corners. It stays in place with each yoga move. The color is beautiful. It is thick and cushioned so your knees and elbows don ’ t feel like they are digging into the floor. I would buy one in every color! The only slight negative is it is a little heavy, not bad but I was just surprised when I picked it up.

I love this Yoga Mat! It's super great for at home workouts. I work out at home 4- 5 times a week. I had another yoga mat that was squishier, but this one is better in more ways. I like that this yoga mat stays in place and does n't slip around while I 'm doing mountain climbers, or other exercises. It's not as squishy when I 'm doing pushups on my knees, but maybe I need to do regular pushups from now on! It's comfortable enough for crunches, but great for yoga as well.
