I bought this to use as a makeshift waist belt to anchor resistance bands to. I use this in combination with an ankle strap and then clip that to a resistance band that is anchored to a post. Kind of complicated to explain, but this is high quality and protects the bands with neoprene padding.

works out my upper body quite well and the dipped end type handles are very comfortable, and sturdy. If those handles come off you either got to be chewing on them in your sleep or someones messing with your equipment. These types of handles do n't just slip on and off easy. Of course I know not to use these ropes also on abrasive surfaces like street asphalt or heavy rock gravel conditions. to do so is absurd to say the least. this is an awesome piece of equipment
