It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

I used to run a lot when I was younger just getting out of college, but then I stopped a little because my legs would get sore easy. I started reading up on jumping rope as a comparative exercise that has the same, if not better, benefits as running in less time. I saw a some other jump ropes that were somewhat bland and cheap looking, and then came across the weighted rope. It's been working like a charm. It is a little tangly/tight initially because of the material, but after a couple uses, it's fine. I sweat a lot when I workout, so my hands sometimes get slick and the handles could use a little more grip. Hopefully once my body gets more acclimated, it wo n't be an issue.

I 'm an avid golfer, and I 've been wanting to increase the distance on my drives and other shots. I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. This is a super versatile plyo foam box. I love that you can turn it over to each different inch height for three different ones. For over four decades I have been a weight lifter and it would be fair to say I might know a few things on the topic. Because it has been so long in training I finally decided to get out of the gyms and take it home. The above named bench is one of the products I bought so I could train at home away from the crowds. Here is what I found. The instructions showed a drawing on paper for every part to be identified. Once identification is made, the instructions went just as they are written and It went together easy. The unit is stable on the floor and is a quality item in strength. I am able to do supine and incline press positions. There is a place on the slant rail to engage a full 90 degree upright position if one wanted back support for shoulders. However, when brought to this position the seat pad and the back pad conflict in the fold as both pads now touch and the unit will not lock into position. I do n't require a full upright position so I have said nothing about it to Dick's. It is a good bench and for me not worth complaining. The adjustable seat pad is great as it will keep you in the saddle and your body stable on the bench with any weight. I like it.

My pro half rack was delivered about a week ago, and after about 45 minutes to an hour it was set up and ready to go. Quick set up for the most part as long as you have an extra person reading directions and helping you with stabilizing, it should be a fairly easy set up for anyone. Two 17 mm wrenches was all I needed. I 'm happy with the amount of space that it takes up in our garage, as we are in a place at this point where we need that space saved. Though it is a personal preference, I would like to have 1 or 2 more pegs for weights, however the ones that they do have the 3 on each side or very strong and very stable.

Since purchasing this set a month ago, I 've used it nearly every day. I like that it was extrememly easy to set up and it does n't take up very much space- I can literally attach it to the back of my basement door and there's no other clutter to deal with. These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym. You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color. Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.

I 've used a Lifeline TNT All- In- One Resistance Cable System for a number of years, and I 've always found it to be a very efficient and compact piece of equipment When I got the system originally, it came with 40 lb resistance cables, which worked fine for some exercises, but not so well for others. It never occurred to me until now to get an additional set of 30 lb cables. Between the 2 sets of cables, I now can do every exercise that I want to do and still have some room for growth. This is a very good piece of exercise equipment for not much money. It is especially useful if you travel.
