You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

We bought this to start rowing( instead of cycling), so although we 're `` beginners '', we come from a lifetime of exercise. It's an excellent rower that's a direct comparable to the Concept2( think clone). The rower itself is perfect. The only element that could be improved is the computer/display. The data a rower wants altogether during a workout is spread across two screen modes, but it's not a large issue since one display mode shows the most used basic data. The Concept2 computer/display is far more evolved/refined, but the Ethos display lacks nothing important( although I will never know why folks want to see calories since that metric can not be accurate unless it takes into account body factors outside the computer's data).( In all fairness to the reader here, I 'm not convinced the power/watts metric is fully accurate but hopefully I 'm just wrong on this.) I hope Dick's guides improvements in the computer/display going forward. I 'd even be willing to upgrade the computer someday if new versions are released with more refined sophistication- the machine is really worthy of further improvement work.

This treadmill has been a game changer to my workouts. I have been loving getting in a quick run, walk, or hike in almost daily since getting it. I love the different workout options that it has and the incline that goes from- 3 to 12. It really has made working out at home as enjoyable as it can be for a mom that has n't made it a priority the last few years. The treadmill is super quiet and that is very helpful having it in the room below my kids rooms, I have n't had an issue with noise. After being in the market for a rower for 6 months and being torn between getting the After 6 months of being the market in the market for a rower and being torn between the Concept 2 model D or Lifecore's R100 rower, I decided to take a chance on the Stamina DT Pro. My hope was that this product could offer the R100's cutting edge air/magnetic row resistance technology but at the lower cost of the the Concept 2( C2). Additionally, I liked that Stamina was also throwing in the chest strap heart rate monitor with this package at no added cost. This rower took a little over an hour for me to put together. I did it by myself but knowing what I do now, I would definitely recommend you have a second person on hand to help assemble this. Doing it solo, at one point I had no choice but to stand the rower somewhat on it's head( the plastic fan casing). The case now shows stress mark from this, but does n't effect it's performance. First off, I will tell you there are 12 programs you can use, NOT 12 resistance levels as I had originally thought. There are 8 resistance levels. I am happy with these levels though. L1 is comparable to L1 on the Concept 2, but at L8 the resistance is much higher than L10 of the C2. Level 3 or 4 seems comparable to L5 on the C2. Just as with the R100, with the DT Pro, your times will be slower than what you recorded on the C2( unless of course you 're on something you were n't before). The reason for this I believe as that the C2 gives credit for `` coast ''. With the Air/magnetic types it's as if your paddling into a current, so basically if your oars are n't doing work in the water you are n't making forward progress. It saddened me at first a little that I most likely wo n't be smashing any of my PR's set with the C2, but I 'm already over it. This is more honest work. Distances are measured with the DT Pro in miles. I 'm used to meters, but after 3 workouts I 've made the mental transition.* note; I can see in the display screen that there is a `` Km '' above the `` miles '' but there is no way I can find to switch it to Km's. Does Stamina sell the Km version to those outside the U. S.? The stroke of the DT Pro is wicked smooth. This was what I signed up for! It is also much quieter than the the C2. The saddle slide is also very smooth. However, the edges of the seat are highly contoured. I am 6'0 200 lbs and my fanny fits within the contoured sides just fine. I could see fitting in this seat being a problem though, particularly if your pushing the 300 lb weight capacity of this rower. The other important thing I noticed about the seat/slide is that while, yes, it is smooth, if your weight is properly distributed over the beam, if you lean your weight out to the left or right, however, there is very noticeable `` sway '' of the seat that could throw you off balance. I do n't know if this was intentional in the design to make it a more realistic rowing experience. I 'm also not sure how much stress from the sway the seat can take before it will breaks. The foot- straps are my biggest hang up with the DT Pro. They are 2 Velcro strips that do n't appear to be reinforced in any way. With the amount of force my feet snap back into these straps especially when doing short/vigorous sprints, I honestly ca n't see these things being long for this world. This rower is easy enough to move around on it rollers. Storing it away in it's upright position is slightly awkward though. This is because there is a knob that needs to be fully unscrewed an removed to allow the beam to pivot into vertical position and then screwed back in get in the horizontal/ready for use position. Not sure why they could n't have used some kind of quick release pin. Ohhh, one other really important note: Do n't forget to unplug from the power source before moving the rower. I 've already make this mistake twice. Luckily I did n't damage anything. Yes, you have to plug the rower in to use the monitor and activate the resistance settings. Overall, I would say I got what I wanted and for a good price. Time will tell though. I plan to be pretty rough on this rower. I will update this review in few months to note how its holding up.

I was needing something to replace running as a good cardio workout, but something that is easier on my joints. This rower is perfect for just that. It challenges my endurance as well as my strength with several different programs to choose from. I keep it in my bedroom for early morning rows while my daughter is still asleep and not only is it quiet enough to not disturb her, but it also conveniently folds up to save space when it's not in use. The monitor is sufficient for tracking your workout. I use it mostly as a timer. I will be purchasing a simple heart rate monitor to ensure I am reaching my target heart rate. I read other reviews that said it was loud but the noise level is what one should expect from an air resistance rower. It is fan noise. I listen to music on portable speakers while I row. It definitely works different muscles in the legs and has helped me feel stronger as a runner. For me to get my heart rate up, I really have to have a high tempo( 30+ strokes a minute). The machine is smooth and not as loud as some reviews would have you believe. The seat is cushioned, but firm. I wear padded biking shorts and loose fitting gym shorts over them. So, your sit bones do get a little sore. I was in good shape before I started using this. Now, after a month, my legs and forearms are finally conditioned to not hurt after using it for 25 minutes.

I bought this a few months ago and I keep it in my office. First, let me start by saying that I did a lot of research on these machines and this is the one I kept coming back to. It was a little more expensive than the others I had seen, but the craftsmanship and smoothness of this machine is far better than any others I had seen and tested. It was easy to assemble and the directions for use are simple. I am so pleased with how smooth this machine is. The timer, counter and calorie counter really help keep me motivated. It's a wonderful workout machine for those of us with `` desk jobs. '' Best part is.... The machine is smooth and very quiet. I have owned 3 spinner bikes, and I find this to have almost an identical motion and feel, except it is much quieter, more compact, and less expensive. I sometime place a chair in front with it's back to me, and it is similar to the handlebars on a bike( also if you need balance the chair serves this purpose). I did n't think I would use the Strider while sitting; However, sometimes I have completed my workout, but the movie or TV program in front of me has n't finished, so I turn the strider around sit down and pedal rather than just sitting in front of the TV. This is one of those purchases that has proved to be better than I expected.

I bought this a month ago and have put over 20 hours on it. Assembly was straightforward, taking me and my wife about 1 hour using the included tools. It is a large and heavy machine, so I 'd recommend assembling it in whatever room it will reside. The manual workout mode is very simple and quick to get moving: just plug in and press start. It shows a screen with a pin on a track showing your lap time, total time, distance, calories burned, speed and incline. Speed and incline can be adjusted with simple button pushes. The tread flows smoothly and needed no adjustment.( I did have to shift it around my room a little bit, as the tread is a bit sensitive if placed on an uneven floor... my first placement caused the tread to constantly shift to the side. Once I moved the machine to a flat spot, it has been fine all month.) The real magic is in the iFit software. The pre- recorded runs, walks, and hikes can be searched and sorted by intensity, duration, etc. Very nice if you 're like me: a desk jockey who is trying to finally get active. I have n't discovered all of the secrets of this treadmill or iFit, but I 'm excited to spend time on it; and that is a first for me. This is an incentivized review.

Running is fun again
I have had one of the larger treadmills from Nordic Track, and chose this one so that I could have something that is not so bulky. I was worried that it would not be stable, but I have been super impressed with the stability of the treadmill along with the motor and the running surface. The speed of the treadmill goes up to 12 mph and it also allows you to incline up to 12%. The only thing I miss from my last treadmill is the decline, which really was n't much. I love that this treadmill has a 10- inch display and Bluetooth capabilities. I have been obsessed with the IFit workouts. I am currently doing the trail series and LOVE the runs! I 've had the Cross Training Bike+ for nearly a month now. I enjoyed my original Bike so much, that I was concerned the `` upgrade '' would leave me disappointed- it has not. Any cons? I am still trying to dial in the right saddle, seat post, and bars settings, but am still getting some quality, comfortable rides. I am concerned by a small background, repetitive noise that is consistent with the revolution of the belt, but it has not affected the machine's performance that I can tell. How about the pros? The larger, rotating video screen is the best part in my opinion. Great sound from the Sonos speakers, and I can even feel the bass as far down as the pedals. Being able to rotate the screen, and flex it up and down, has made it so much easier to follow the different stretching classes, especially because I am working with a fairly small space. The video quality is much better, and the resolution of the larger screen is impressive. Delivery was much faster than expected- by a large measure- so that was sure appreciated. I have been lucky to be a Peloton rider for 5 1/2 years+ now, and the upgrade to the new model Bike+ has been a good investment for me.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I have really liked this stepper machine. The workout you get within just a few minutes is very impressive or I ’ m just really out of shape haha. The assembly was actually very simple and straightforward which was nice. The assembly video QR code didn ’ t work but the instructions in the user ’s manual were easy to follow. There were a few screws that were a little hard to get in, but overall it wasn ’ t bad. It didn ’ t take long at all to put together. It was nice that all of the necessary tools came with the machine so I didn ’ t need anything else. The stepper doesn ’ t take up much space which is nice. Starting it up was super quick and easy. I will say, I don ’ t love that there isn ’ t an on/off switch. My gym is a little tight so crouching down to plug it in every time is a little tricky. I liked that I could start a manual workout literally as soon as I turned it on without connecting to the internet or a subscription. The screen is a good size, I wondered if I would want the larger size but overall, I think it's great. The fan is very powerful which is nice because seriously the workout is a killer! I also really like that it has a cupholder and that it is in a really convenient spot. I wish there was a little more storage on the sides for my airpod case but it ’s not a dealbreaker. When I received it, I was very happy with the construction. It is built very sturdy and yet maintains the light weight feature so that it can be moved easily from place to place. Assembly is well documented and takes only a few minutes. It also only takes a few minutes to master the initial rhythm of the machine. This machine is very practical for home use. My wife and I are both using it. However, for us it has an added bonus. We do travel often in our travel trailer. This machine is easily transported and set up while on the road as well. I have used many different types of exercise machines. For the size and cost, the Stamina has exceeded my expectations.

I received Stamina's InMotion Compact Strider as a birthday gift almost a month ago. As a former personal trainer, I was pleasantly surprised when such a small, lightweight, and inexpensive machine could provide such a wonderful workout. I also love the convenience of this product. It is completely self- powered, except for the battery- operated step/time/calorie/distance counter, easy to put together, and even easier to use. It is also versatile. You can stride forwards and backwards while standing, with or without the resistance bands, and you can also turn the product around and stride forward and backwards while seated. You can literally burn calories while sitting on your couch watching TV. One more thing that I love about Stamina's Strider is, that while standing, you automatically engage your core muscles and get an ab workout in addition to your legs( and arms if you are using the bands)!

I started using this bike in past month and have really enjoyed it. The initial set up and installation was simple and the instructions provided were detailed enough for two individuals to put together in a timely manner. I was easily able to login with my ifit login and begin to explore the workout options. The fan power is an improvement to my other NordicTrack exercise equipment and you can tell this is just a high quality product by the look and feel. The seat was uncomfortable at first but with some padded bike shorts and getting used it, its no longer an issue. Let me just say that the initial few workouts were HARD for me, so challenging. I thought I could start at intermediate and realized pretty quickly that I was at a beginner level and have been able to work my way up. The programs offer incredible workouts and with consistency I have been able to progress and notice an increase in strength and endurance. I have been truly impressed by the functions and features of the bike, especially with the auto incline, decline and resistance. These workouts are so fun and I think this is genuinely worth the financial investment.

My experience for home gym bikes has been pretty basic until this upgrade. We had a very simple bike, before and it was n't really enjoyable to use. This bike has been a huge improvement on that. I did n't realize that bikes were even capable of doing what this bike does. I have thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the bike not only allows you to adjust resistance but also elevation. It gives riding it a very realistic feel, because as it adjust elevations, you can feel the resistance changing as well. I never expected that to work as well as it does and to make it feel much more like you are really riding outside. One other feature that has been a very pleasant surprise is how quiet the machine is. I work from home and I am in the same room as the bike, and my wife can workout on it and not bother me at all. It is also nice how easily the seat adjust to fit different people. Easy to turn knobs that make it so you can go higher/lower or forward/backward. A couple minor issues I have ran into, that have n't altered my opinion of the bike at all. The first is I have done a couple Ifit exercises on it and it does n't always link up right with the elevation adjustments on the workout. I have had to manually adjust elevation during the workout to match where the workout says it should be. It works probably 90% of the time, but I have had a few times where it has n't adjusted. The other is that everything, other than the resistance and elevation, are controlled by the touch screen. At times, during a harder workout, it can be a little difficult to make changes to some things if you chose to, but this is a very minor thing compared to what all you can do with the machine. Overall I have loved the machine. I have never liked riding a trainer bike indoors, but this has changed my opinion on that. This is an incentivized review.

This bike has made it so much easier to train indoors. I 've tried a couple of other indoor trainers and this has been the easiest and most comfortable to get on and set up. It starts up quickly and the screen is large and responsive. If you have the iFIT subscription you can watch Amazon and Netflix shows as well as follow thier pre recorded work outs that they film all around the world. The bike is comfortable to sit on and has some good adjustablility in the seat as far as height and even forward and back positioning of the seat. It makes it easy for my husband and I to use because it is so adjustable. I really like the fans as well because I can get a bit warm working out indoors. Putting the bike together when we got it was pretty easy. There are some pieces that can be a little heavy but are n't a problem if you have two people. Also Make sure to tighten both adjusment knobs on the seat or they squeak and pop a little during your ride. I love this bike and am very happy with it. If you are looking for something quiet and sleek as well as very adjustable, this is the right one. This is an incentivized review. My opinion is honest and unbiased.

This is the first bike I have owned but I have used many commercial bikes over the years. This one is very solid so you can pedal at higher speeds and at an incline without any worry. It is also very quiet, which is a big plus if you are working out while other people in your house are sleeping. The large touchscreen works well and is very nice. You feel very immersed in the iFit workouts. The bike is very adjustable and it's nice to have the resistance buttons on the handlebar so you can easily make changes. Overall, it is a great bike and I think anyone would be happy using it. The bike is easy and quick to put together but unless you are very strong you ’ ll need another person to help. Bought the F63 after buying and returning the Sole F80, which had major software problems to the point of making the machine unusable. The F63 does not have a video screen or android- based software that Sole hasn ’ t debugged yet. The F63 is very sturdy and well built with basic speed and incline functions, display is basic as well, in a good way…super easy to step on do your workout. Highly recommend the F63 and highly recommend to avoid the F80.

I 've tried a lot of different elliptical machines, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried the Nordic Track Elite FS16i elliptical! One of my favorite features on this machine is that each foot pedal is free- moving so that you can adjust your stride. It's great for shorter people like me, but it also gives me the flexibility to adjust my workout level just based on how I 'm feeling each day. It has an amazing tablet that connects to the iFit program but you can also download a selection of personal apps to watch shows while you workout. I like that you can adjust the incline and resistance on the hand bars so they are in easy reach. Even on the lowest setting, it provides a great workout. I was sweating in no time! This is a great elliptical machine for any home gym!

I feel like I am getting my workout in much more efficiently and at a higher burn rate than with my treadmill or bike. It has been years since I have been to the gym, but when I went, I never used any other cardio machine other than the elliptical. We have never owned one in our home. I worried about the space and if it would fit. I was very wrong. Even at full stride, it fits really well into our small- bedroom home gym. I feel like I can get a full stride with no issue. Using the resistance and incline controls right on the hand bars is probably my favorite feature though. One of the things that I liked about this elliptical was that the pedals were not stuck in one place so that you could adjust your stride length- this let people of different height be able to use the machine comfortably. It also means the overall length of the machine feels shorter than other ellipticals, which makes the machine fit better in a home setting. This machine gives a great workout- even on a basic setting. While you can use it without a subscription to the iFit network, to get the most out of it, you 'll probably want to subscribe to the iFit service- I did enjoy the iFit workouts that I participated in.

You can create your own intensity with intervals which makes you feel 100% in charge of your workout! The magnetic flywheel really reduces the space this takes up and adds to the quietness. I love this rower. The seat is comfortable and the resistance is great. The full arm rotation feels great and I love using the videos with it. The HR Monitor does not come with it and is separate, but I use my watch and it ’s fine. Assembly was tricky and required two people, but quick. The operation is very quiet, except the pedals click clack. The device looks sleek and I have plenty of room to slide all the way back. My husband is 6 ’ 1 and had no issues. I have a tough time keeping my feet in the pedals if my shoes are too wide or sole too thick. It ’s tricky starting the session and holding the rowers with the phone in the clamp. The water bottle holder is large. The metric display is small and can be difficult to read the legend, but once you get used to it, it ’s fine. The actual numbers are displayed in much bigger format. Overall I really love it and am glad I bought it.

I have to say, I am happily surprised with this Elliptical. First and foremost for me, a priority is the absolute lack of squeaking, grinding, grating or squealing noise when in operation. I bought it because it was labelled `` Ultra Silent '' and I was certain I would be horribly disappointed. Color me exceptionally wrong( and that is a rarity in my existence) because so far, smooth, and quiet beyond belief. Easy to assemble and up and running in about 30 minutes. It fit in the tiny weird alcove in my living room and my head does n't hit the ceiling which was my fear. I do not have to move the unit to use it due to the cleverly designed compact size. The next test will be continued usage and if the silent factor is maintained.

My husband assembled my new Stamina Water Rower for me and said it was easy. Only had trouble, with the included tools, getting the display tight enough not to droop. I love it! This is my first rower so I appreciate the larger seat as I am still working on getting comfortable and consistent form. It glides so easily and is relatively quiet that I can watch tv simultaneously. My husband said it was more comfortable than our recumbent bike. He is a big guy so researched to find a sturdy rower made better than cheaper versions I saw in the stores. Cost a little more than I originally wanted to spend, but I am so glad I did. Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.
