I just assembled the rower 2 days ago. Assembling instructions very clear and straightforward, it took me about 45 minutes to complete the assembly. Since then I used it twice and am happy with the results. I used to workout with a rowing machine at the gym, and like this one better, as you can use your arms in a wide opening, as opposed to the ones in the gym that you only bring your arms back and forth. Up to now I am very happy with the workout and best thing is I do n't have to leave the house to do it. The only complaint I have is that it does n't have a heart monitor, which is a very handy feature. I know that including it would raise the price, because of the need to install sensors and another function in the display, but I would be prepared to pay the difference, if it was a reasonable one. I am used to the HR monitor as I also have a static bike at home, and this one ahs the HR monitor and it is very handy. I will post a new development comment in a couple of weeks, after using it more times.

I am happy with the glider rower. It was easy to put together, and it was nice to have a mount for a tablet. Sometimes rowing gets boring, so that helps!

This machine suits my needs perfectly. It was inexpensive but great quality, easy to assemble, easy to use and it provides a great work out. Folded it has a really small footprint. When in use it requires about 60% of the space of an Elliptical and less than 50% of the space of a treadmill. I have had it for less than a month but I already used it more than I have used every other exercise machine turned clothes hanger that I have owned.

It ’s very lightweight so I can move it around easily, yet it ’s also very sturdy. The seat slides easily and there really is a big difference in the resistance levels. It was super easy to assemble. I love it- I feel it in my arms, legs and core, especially, and I would recommend it to anyone.

So far so good with this rower. Pretty easy setup, basic tools can speed it up quite a bit, but the tools that are provided works fine as well.. Use on the highest setting and it's a great work out, in the future I may find that I could use more resistance. Dual rails feel very stable. Retractor seems to take a few pulls to adjust to the level you are on, but once you get going it works great. Nice quiet operation, can hear tv/ speakers while using no problem. Body is not overly heavy, comes with pads/ feet to store upright to save space when not in use. Improvements I suggest are that you are practically sitting on the floor. Even elevating the height a slight amount would give this a more premium feel. Granted maybe this is normal, it's my first row machine I 've owned. My feet are fairly large( 13's) and I have found that they come out of the pedals pretty easily. Adjusting the strap placement has helped quite a bit, but I still find myself tightening/ fixing straps during the workout.- most likely a user error. Have n't tried a class with it yet, but ca n't wait. Overall happy with the purchase

Also the foot pedals are nice the straps keep them tight and the swivel movement keep your feet sturdy but comfortable. The machine is very smooth and quiet. The HR Monitor does not come with it and is separate, but I use my watch and it ’s fine. Assembly was tricky and required two people, but quick. The operation is very quiet, except the pedals click clack. The device looks sleek and I have plenty of room to slide all the way back. My husband is 6 ’ 1 and had no issues. I have a tough time keeping my feet in the pedals if my shoes are too wide or sole too thick. It ’s tricky starting the session and holding the rowers with the phone in the clamp. The water bottle holder is large. The metric display is small and can be difficult to read the legend, but once you get used to it, it ’s fine. The actual numbers are displayed in much bigger format. Overall I really love it and am glad I bought it.

Bought the to complement my running and gym workouts. Was pleased that it was ready to use after E- Z assembly, tools were provided. Have used it daily for several weeks and it works well. The model with the multi function monitor allows for interval training. Only change made was to place the front supports on a 2 '' X 6 '' X 3' board to raise the position, which worked better for me. I rowed in college, the Stamina X Air brings back many great memories.

I purchased this rower about a month ago. This machine gives an excellent total body workout! I use it 30 minutes per day 4 or 5 days per week. It has stood up well to the heavy use. The monitor is sufficient for tracking your workout. I use it mostly as a timer. I will be purchasing a simple heart rate monitor to ensure I am reaching my target heart rate. I read other reviews that said it was loud but the noise level is what one should expect from an air resistance rower. It is fan noise. I listen to music on portable speakers while I row. The machine is in a room next to my living room and there is no problem hearing the TV while the rower is in use. Very happy with this rower!

I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren ’ t a peloton groupie and don ’ t need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that.( If you do need some false encouragement, there ’s always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. Love the rowing machine. The only complaint I have is the digital monitor. I wish it was backlit. Hard to read when rowing. No good directions on how to use it. I would pay to upgrade this device.
