I 've only been using these a couple of weeks, but I can say without a doubt that I prefer them to my old PowerBlocks. It's so simple to adjust the weight, the dumbbells feel solid and not too bulky, and they 're just generally really solid selectable dumbbells for the price point. The only critique I have is that the base for each dumbbell feels flimsy as heck, so I have to be extra careful storing them. I may pick up a stand at some point, though.

These were delivered on time. I live up many steps and they were left at my door, for which I 'm really grateful. I needed bigger weights and these are just what I need. I live above other people, so I try not to use metal weights that clank. These weights are rubber, so they do n't make a ton of noise when I set them down or bring them together.

[ I 've been using the Bowflex SelectTech 52 dumbbells for my home workouts and they have been fantastic. What I love most is how fast and easy the weight adjustment is. The dial system lets you change resistance in seconds, making it perfect for workouts where you move between exercises or increase weight gradually. They are also great space savers. Instead of needing an entire rack of dumbbells, these compact weights sit neatly in their tray and keep my workout area organized. For anyone building a home gym, this is a huge advantage. The grip feels comfortable and secure, and the small 2. 5- lb increments at lower weights allow for precise progress as you get stronger. Overall, the Bowflex 52s are versatile, easy to use, and perfect for home strength training. Whether you 're a beginner or someone looking to simplify your gym setup, these dumbbells offer great value and functionality. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased this for my boyfriend. He LOVES it! We played around with the Nordick ones in store and we both agreed the transitions on it was horrible and too time consuming compared to these. Also less bulky than the other ones as well which is something my boyfriend wanted to avoid. All in all, great buy!

When I first started looking for adjustable dumbbells I decided to go with Bowflex. I called and asked them what they have and they were all out of the Bowflex but they had Ethos. I talked to the rep a bit about them. I went down there and bought the Ethos and I ’ ve never looked back. I love the way they look and the way they work. I can do everything with them no gym needed. In a few weeks my arms went from 13 to 17 inches. Ethos has helped me to lose over 40lbs along side my cardio. Putting the weights back can be a little clunky and not smooth but I ’ m a Man so I can handle it lol. In all seriousness once you get the hang of it they are super easy to put back. I use the two hand technique and they slide right in. These things have changed my life I love them so much.

The last purchase you will ever make! What more could one need! Convenient, compact, portability are just a few advantages of these weights. No more weights scattered throughout the gym. The dial and lock mechanism is fantastic and easy to use! Change the amount of weight very simply! The weights came with a convenient base to house the weights. Sleek black and fantastic grip. A must have!!!
5
Summer M
Love these Weights! They are so easy to change the weights and pull the correct amount right away. The only downside is to put the weight back, you do have to move the other weights apart from each other in order to fit. Not hard or annoying, but just a little different. They are very sturdy and me and my husband can use them which is perfect for us!

Good set of dumbbells that replace what would have been a lot of weights. Good, compact design means they do n't take up a lot of space in a small home gym, which is great as that's what I 've got. Comfortable to hold for me( I have small hands) and easy to use to change weights. I got these specifically because they offer 2. 5lb increments across the weight spectrum: especially as you go up in weights, sometimes adding 5lbs per hand can feel like just too much for me, so the 2. 5lb option was fantastic. That said, they are a bit on the pricey side: more so than the other options, and they 're not expandable, unfortunately. I knew that when I bought them, and I do n't think it 'll be an issue for me for a while, but it is something to consider before purchasing.

Had been looking for affordable adjustable dumbbels for years, and finally came across these ones. Excellent quality, only inconvenient compared to the competitors is the few minutes you spend setting up the weights between each set/exercise. You can buy extensions/heavier plates at the store. I 'd recommend buying gloves to protect your hands from the coarse grip.

Dumbbells are versatile tools that can enhance strength training routines by targeting various muscle groups. They allow for a wide range of exercises, promoting muscle growth, endurance, and overall fitness. Additionally, using dumbbells can improve coordination and stability, making them an excellent choice for home workouts.
When selecting dumbbells, consider factors such as weight range, adjustability, and grip comfort. It's important to choose a weight that matches your fitness level and allows for progression as you get stronger. Also, think about the space you have available, as some dumbbells are more compact or adjustable than others.
Adjustable dumbbells can be a great investment for a home gym, as they save space and offer flexibility in weight selection. They allow users to easily change weights for different exercises, making them suitable for various fitness levels and workout routines. This adaptability can enhance your training experience and help you achieve your fitness goals.
Dumbbells can be used for a wide variety of exercises, including bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses, and lunges. They are effective for both upper and lower body workouts, as well as core strengthening exercises. Incorporating dumbbells into your routine can help diversify your workouts and keep them engaging.
To maintain proper form while using dumbbells, start with lighter weights to master the movements before progressing to heavier ones. Focus on your posture and alignment, ensuring that your back is straight and your core is engaged. Additionally, consider watching instructional videos or consulting fitness resources to learn correct techniques for each exercise.
Yes, dumbbells can be effectively incorporated into both strength training and cardio workouts. For strength training, they help build muscle and improve endurance, while for cardio, you can use them in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or circuit workouts to increase heart rate and burn calories. This versatility makes them a valuable addition to any home gym.
