It is very form fitting, not much room to move around in but its a great lightweight jacket. I am going to purchase a larger size to use for running as I will use it for layering to keep warm. Its is warm but not overly heavy, good for mild temperature change or cool environment. Has thumb holes to assist with the fit to cover your hands if needed for warmth as well.
