Second set of these bibs. Needed to get black so I could patrol in them. Love the extra warmth, no more sagging pants or cold butt crack, extra pockets are great, have n't tested in the rain yet. Medium are a little bit long in the legs, I 'm 5ft8in 180 with 41in chest, 34in waist and 30in inseam. I just tightened the shoulder straps. Still struggle sometimes with heavier base layers fitting under the bids without the side zip and just the buttons. That would be my only improvement on them, side zip to get heavier base layers under the bids. Still does n't change my 5 star rating

5 Cody F.
Awesome product got out in them twice so far snowboarding each time over 10 hours. I haven ’ t had a single issue with getting wet or cold. I am 6 ’ 0 ” 155lbs and went with a size medium which fits perfect. From the outside it has a bit of a baggy look but on the inside it fits comfortably with no movement restrictions. 10/10 would recommend

5 Michael M.
I just got them. Have n't had a chance to use them. The fit is good, they feel very warm. I ca n't wait to ride.

5 Ryan R.
These are on point by far and I love everything about this bib! Insulation done right and man are these warm! Fit is always great and durability is legendary with 686 too! I ’ ve rode these for two seasons in some of the coldest days in the East and they never disappoint. Worth the buy if you ’ re looking for a bib to wear on a cold day!

Even though these are marketed as the' articulated' fit, they are pretty big and baggy. Not a bad thing per se, but just something to keep in mind. They are comfortable and hella warm.

[ I have used these ski bibs about 6 times since purchase and have been very satisfied. My main reason was my old pants would n't keep me dry on a stormy day. The very first day they were put to a test with a mix of rain and snow. They passed with flying colors and now I am staying dry even in challenging weather. The fit is very loose.

4 PowderTowner
[ These are form fitting while being flexible. All my bibs in the past have had trash can legs and these give you enough room to layer based on temp while still being slim enough to make you feel fast and not like you have parachutes on your legs.

I bought this back in November for an upcoming ocean fishing charter and was surprised to find someone with the same exact pair. Absolutely great quality for the money. If you 're looking for thickness, then you 'll have to fork out more cash; but for layering, which is what I wanted, it's perfect. They, with my other layers, kept me dry, warm, comfortable, and had plenty of pockets for all of my stuff. Thanks, Dick's!!!

[ saved up a couple gift cards to make this purchase and SO glad I did! I 'm around 5' 4 '' athletic build and ordered a size large since they are described as `` slim fit '' and they 're perfect – fit is stretchy and not at all restrictive in movement. a little long but that's to be expected with snow pants and does n't matter given the way they fall on snowboard boots+ the liner. the straps are a little odd to figure out at first since they cross in the back, but it's easy to get used to. bonus is the zip to allow for quick and easy bathroom breaks in between runs! price point is obviously high but you get what you pay for and these will last forever if properly taken care of.

I am so satisfied with this product. I am 5'6 '' and 160 pounds, and I have a well deserved small beer gut. These bibs are so cozy, efficient, and honestly fashionable. Worth the price. We 've had an apocalyptic winter here in Tahoe, but they 've performed beyond my expectations.

5 Businsky

5 Maranatha
I ’ m a bit tal and it ’s been hard to find a proper fit. These bibs are just right.

5 Mountain Brad
[ Wearing the new Men's Firefall bib is so amazing, one could compare it to falling it love. But not any kind of love, we 're talking about the feeling of falling in love with steezing a mountain in some crazy pow... Or maybe.. It's just the feeling of steezing itself. These snow bibs have made me seriously begin to question why I have n't been steezing for longer. Steezing mountains, villages, cities, etc... I 'm 25 now and for the first time I feel like I can steez down an empire. I could take down Joffrey Lannister with a single swing of the ski pole. I could take out Khaleesi and her dragons with one swift snow blinding stop, I could defeat the entire Ramsay army by walking into the castle and demanding a surrender. The point is, you can do whatever you want in these bibs. Except for tinkle, tinkling is tough but what would you expect in a bib. The zipper will suffice, but be careful on cold days... you might lose it. Anyways, incredible bibs here that are going to last me quite a long time.

5 Shamal
I really like the fit and contour of these bibs. I was looking for a burly 3L pant that is roomy enough for proper cold weather layering.( I ski at Whitefish, MT. often, so.....). These check that box nicely without being too baggy. For reference, I 'm 6'- 3 '', 210 lbs., 35 '' waist, 34 '' inseam in most pants. Purchased size Large. Lengthwise, these ride just right with my ski boots on.( Even though the size chart says 32. 9 inseam). The 3 layer `` AdvancedSkin Dry+ '' fabric is bomber, weatherproof and resembles 3L Gore Tex. The upper bib section is very stretchy with a 16 '' zipper fly. Nice quality 1. 5 '' wide suspenders contribute to comfort also. All in all, a sturdy, well- built ski bib with clean lines.>>>> Jeff

Frequently Asked Questions For Best Bib

When selecting bibs for outdoor activities, consider features such as waterproof or water-resistant materials to keep you dry in various weather conditions. Look for insulation or breathable fabrics that provide comfort and temperature regulation during physical exertion. Adjustable straps and a secure fit are important for ease of movement, while pockets can offer convenient storage for essentials. Additionally, reinforced areas can enhance durability, especially in high-wear zones.

To determine the right size for bibs, start by measuring your waist and inseam, as these are key dimensions for a proper fit. Consult the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer, which typically correlates measurements to specific sizes. Consider the intended use of the bibs, as some styles may have a looser fit for layering, while others are designed to be more form-fitting. Trying on different sizes, if possible, can also help ensure comfort and mobility.

High-quality bibs are often made from durable materials that provide comfort and functionality. Common materials include synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon, which offer water resistance and breathability. Additionally, some bibs may feature insulation materials for warmth, while others incorporate stretch fabrics to enhance mobility. These materials are designed to withstand various outdoor conditions while ensuring a comfortable fit.

Yes, certain bib styles are designed to perform better in specific weather conditions. For colder climates, insulated bibs provide warmth and protection against the elements, while waterproof or water-resistant options are ideal for wet conditions. Lightweight and breathable bibs are suitable for warmer weather or high-intensity activities, allowing for better ventilation and moisture management. Choosing the right style based on the weather can enhance comfort and performance during outdoor activities.

Bibs offer several advantages over traditional pants, particularly in terms of coverage and comfort. They provide additional insulation and protection for the torso, which can be beneficial in cold or wet conditions. The adjustable straps allow for a customizable fit, ensuring that they stay securely in place during movement. Additionally, many bibs feature pockets and reinforced areas, making them practical for various outdoor activities.

Bibs enhance comfort during physical activities by providing a secure fit that allows for a full range of motion. The design often includes adjustable straps and a high waist, which helps to keep the garment in place and prevents it from shifting during movement. Additionally, many bibs are made from breathable and moisture-wicking materials, which help to regulate temperature and keep the wearer dry. This combination of features makes bibs a practical choice for various outdoor and athletic pursuits.

When choosing bibs for winter sports, consider the material and insulation to ensure warmth and comfort in cold conditions. Look for features such as waterproofing and breathability to keep you dry during active use. Additionally, pay attention to the fit and adjustability, as a secure fit can enhance mobility and performance. Lastly, pockets and ventilation options can add convenience and help regulate temperature during intense activities.

Different bib designs can significantly influence mobility and performance by varying in fit, material, and construction features. For instance, some bibs are tailored with a more fitted design that allows for greater freedom of movement, making them ideal for activities that require agility. Others may incorporate stretch fabrics or articulated patterns that enhance flexibility and comfort during dynamic movements. Additionally, features like adjustable straps and reinforced areas can further improve the overall performance and adaptability of the bibs in various environments.

The key differences between bibs for men and women primarily lie in the fit and design tailored to each gender's body shape. Women's bibs often feature a more contoured fit, with adjustments in the waist and hip areas to accommodate curves. Additionally, the straps and overall length may vary to ensure comfort and ease of movement for different body types. Fabric choices and insulation levels can also differ based on intended use, such as outdoor activities or casual wear.

To ensure the durability of your bibs during use, it's important to follow proper care instructions, including washing them in cold water and avoiding harsh detergents. Regularly inspect the seams and fabric for any signs of wear or damage, and address any issues promptly to prevent further deterioration. Additionally, using bibs in appropriate conditions and avoiding excessive exposure to rough surfaces can help maintain their integrity over time. Storing them in a cool, dry place when not in use can also contribute to their longevity.
