Just got back from my first day on the slopes with these pants and loved them! Very warm and the pockets are super convenient. I 'm 5'9 '' and weight 145- initially I got a medium and they fit like a glove but I like to layer a lot so needed some extra space. That large is a bit baggier than intended but it works better for me. I had a small issue with the pants when they arrived and contacted halfdays. Medium are a little bit long in the legs, I 'm 5ft8in 180 with 41in chest, 34in waist and 30in inseam. I just tightened the shoulder straps. Still struggle sometimes with heavier base layers fitting under the bids without the side zip and just the buttons. That would be my only improvement on them, side zip to get heavier base layers under the bids. Still does n't change my 5 star rating

[ I have used these ski bibs about 6 times since purchase and have been very satisfied. My main reason was my old pants would n't keep me dry on a stormy day. After being pleased with my MH shell, I decided to try these bibs and so glad I did. So far they 've been worn skiing and snowmobiling in various conditions, from 28 degrees and snowing 2 '' an hour, pouring rain, and cold dry single digit weather. The waterproofing is superior, and blocks the wind well enough. The fabric is comfortable and does n't feel constricting. I 'm 5'2 '', about 130 lbs, with pretty beefy legs and butt. The medium short is definitely roomy, which is what I wanted to allow for layering and freedom of movement. I LOVE that there are options for length. This should be standard in the industry! The leg pockets fit a phone perfectly and have stayed waterproof. The chest pockets are more for sunglasses, chapstick etc, and not a phone, but you should n't have your phone right next to your beacon anyways. The zipper works well enough for peeing. It's a pretty easy process. Overall, this bib is just a great no- nonsense product that does exactly what you need it to do: Keep you dry and comfortable.

Finding pants in any outdoor brand is a challenge because sizing is still skewed towards more petite women. I am 5'6, 140 lb, hourglass shaped with a 32D bust, 27 '' waist and 39 '' hips and athletically built thighs. I ordered a medium tall and the 34 '' inseam is actually perfect and just hits the floor without shoes on. Pros: Built- in cinch belt around waist- this is a genius add! High front pocket allows to sit comfortably over the chest while keeping the girls secured and the straps flat over the traps Overall really comfortable pant Cons: Drop seat zipper is only on* one* side. It does not have the dual zippers I was expecting. This feature was why I ultimately went with Mountain Hardwear and I think an added zipper would make this pant 5 stars. Needs more room in the thigh/outer hip area to accommodate for layering and different body types No cinch or snap around the inner boot liner

Leg zips to open when hiking or warm; lined and space for underlayers on brutal cold days. The long side- zip allows keeping the shoulders on while I use the toilet. In the front pocket, I can store the phone and anything else needed; it has a zip close and an internal mesh sleeve. The cuffs have a cinch so I do n't trash the pant hem, dragging on the ground. I am 66 '' tall, abut a size 6 and wear the size small- it could certainly fit a taller person too, with plenty of space in the elastic shoulder straps( and cuffs).

The point is, you can do whatever you want in these bibs. Except for tinkle, tinkling is tough but what would you expect in a bib. The zipper will suffice, but be careful on cold days... you might lose it. Anyways, incredible bibs here that are going to last me quite a long time.

I bought these snow pants late in the season for my grandson because my children did n't like wearing snow pants. This boy loves playing in snow and these pants. These are quality pants, keeps him warm, dry, are n't stiff and are comfortable. The pants are a size 8 and when he 1st put them on I thought the pants were to small, but when I pulled on them there was plenty of room, the pants are fitted for comfort.
