Easy to dress up or down with the seam down the leg. I will warn people that they do run long as it is the perfect length on me as someone who is 5 ’ 7- 5 ’ 8 and usually between regular and long lengths( got a R length). This is my first free people purchase. They are very oversized. For reference I am 5 ’ 5 and around 145- 150lbs and I ordered a medium. I wanted the oversized look, but I could ’ ve gone with a small. I think because these are not meant to be high waisted, the waist is a lot bigger than it normally would be for a medium. I do have to pull them up really high and tie them tight with the drawstring, otherwise they will drag on the ground( So, good for tall girlies!). The fabric is light weight, which is what I wanted for the summer time. I also like how they look, just wish the fit was a bit better. For comparison, I also ordered the oversized Nike sweats in a medium and those fit perfect size wise. These are bigger than those. After reading the reviews, I decided to go with size L. I 'm really glad I did! The size is perfectly oversized-- not so big that they 're uncomfortable or unstylish, but not tight at all either. The only thing is these are not pink like they look in the pics. They 're more like a lilac gray. Very pretty still, just did n't expect the color to be so off.
