[ I was torn between buying M and L, ended up ordering a L long. I ’ m about 41- 42 ” hips, and the pants definitely fit on the bigger side: adjustable tabs as tight as they get, and still easily go over jeans or multiple layers with plenty extra room. I usually wear 33- 34 ” inseam, and the long version fits very well. I ’ m going to keep the L for easy trips to the rink or sledding hill, to throw over normal clothes. Will try to order a M later for skiing and walking in the cold.

[ Traveled to Alaska in January and brought these pants along. They kept me warm and dry in- 30 F temps and did very well in several feet of snow while snow shoeing and sledding. I at first bought a size small and they fit me like a glove, then returned for a medium so that I could wear them on top of my bottom layers for the day. The medium fit well with jeans and thermals under. The bottom of the pants have an elastic to go around your boot to keep snow from getting in your pants and boots and that seemed to hold up well despite me trucking along in several feet of snow.

I 'm around 5' 4 '' athletic build and ordered a size large since they are described as `` slim fit '' and they 're perfect – fit is stretchy and not at all restrictive in movement. a little long but that's to be expected with snow pants and does n't matter given the way they fall on snowboard boots+ the liner. the straps are a little odd to figure out at first since they cross in the back, but it's easy to get used to. bonus is the zip to allow for quick and easy bathroom breaks in between runs! price point is obviously high but you get what you pay for and these will last forever if properly taken care of.

The ski pants is true to the size for very slim fit; I 'm 5'11 '', 140lbs, and I can fit a medium weight base layer legging into M size( if you stature is about the same, do n't go for L, it 'll be way too loose, almost like regular/goofy fit). The material is also fairly stretchy, unlike some more waterproof/hardcore surface. It's not insulated with down/etc. but it has an inner fleece and is relatively warm. The design is really good, if you are looking for something flattering and can show off your leg.

I love the fit on these pants! I am a size 6- 8 and the M fits perfect! I like them more snug because they are more flattering& I do not feel like a marshmallow. These are warmer than my North Face snoga pant and just as flattering. I can wear a think wool layer underneath on cold days. I find Roxy brand to run on the smaller size, so size up if you are unsure. I would say they are a juniors sizing not ladies. I personally like the high waist& elastic waistband for curvy figures- it keeps the snow out if you take a tumble.

Just light enough and just warm enough- I love these bibs. The bibs are so comfortable, move well with me, and fit I 'd say nearly all shapes- as you do n't have to have the waistband size just right. No snow or cold at my waist band, or cutting into my gut when knees come up. The price point is reasonable and good value. Function and fashion.( I now have two colors and alternate with jackets.) Leg zips to open when hiking or warm; lined and space for underlayers on brutal cold days. The long side- zip allows keeping the shoulders on while I use the toilet. In the front pocket, I can store the phone and anything else needed; it has a zip close and an internal mesh sleeve. The cuffs have a cinch so I do n't trash the pant hem, dragging on the ground. After being pleased with my MH shell, I decided to try these bibs and so glad I did. So far they 've been worn skiing and snowmobiling in various conditions, from 28 degrees and snowing 2 '' an hour, pouring rain, and cold dry single digit weather. The waterproofing is superior, and blocks the wind well enough. The fabric is comfortable and does n't feel constricting. I 'm 5' 2 '', about 130 lbs, with pretty beefy legs and butt. The medium short is definitely roomy, which is what I wanted to allow for layering and freedom of movement. I LOVE that there are options for length. This should be standard in the industry! The leg pockets fit a phone perfectly and have stayed waterproof. The chest pockets are more for sunglasses, chapstick etc, and not a phone, but you should n't have your phone right next to your beacon anyways. The zipper works well enough for peeing. It's a pretty easy process. Overall, this bib is just a great no- nonsense product that does exactly what you need it to do: Keep you dry and comfortable.

I am 5'10 and based on the size guide I fit a small long. However, the main issue I had was that the torso was too short, even with the straps at maximum length. I do not believe these would fit someone taller than me unless they have a relatively short torso. The quality seemed great, but these bibs would be better if there was a front zipper or if the straps could be unhooked. At its current design, you have to lift the straps over your head which is almost impossible if you also have on a helmet. If the torso length could be adjusted along with the strap issue, this would be a five star product.

These pants were perfect for a cold day with 40mph winds and 15 degree windchill hiking at 12, 000 feet in the alpine in January. They were totally windproof and I was actually warm when we were ascending, but perfect temperature when descending. They fit fairly narrow, so if you are planning on layering underneath I would recommend sizing up. The velcro at the hips helps customize sizing and I really love the higher rise on the waist. These are my go to pants for non- skiing winter adventures.

This is my second time purchasing these pants. I bought my original pair for a trip to Everest in 2021 and I wore them for weeks straight. They have great stretch, and I loved the adjustable waist and venting in particular as I tend to run hot. They look and feel much higher quality in person. I spent 5 hours researching bibs and ultimately went with these for the relaxed fit, features, price, color, and moderate amount of insulation. I like the narrower shoulders and the thigh vents were a savior on warmer days. I like the variety of zipper, button, and Velcro pockets too. I was worried about the regular being too long because I ’ m 5 ’ 0 ” but they were perfect in ski boots! Too long for hiking unfortunately. 10/10 recommend.
