The material is so soft yet very supportive. This bra does not have individual padding which is great because I don ’ t have to be adjusting it while I ’ m running. This is in comparison to a more structured Nike sports bra that I had tried on that was too tight in the shoulders. Overall, the bra was great, very comfortable, and very cute! If you felt confident enough this bra could be worn out casually with a cute pair of joggers and a button- up shirt if it was cold outside! The straps visually are my favorite aspect of the bra, the crisscross is very cute! Regarding athletic wear, the sports bra is definitely for low- impact workouts or for casual wear. I successfully walked, biked, and performed weightlifting and leg day with ease and support. Due to the kind of support the bra provides I wouldn ’ t use it for running or high- movement sports. I highly recommend the sports bra for gym day and a casual day out and about!

I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!
