I was extremely impressed with the Nike Alate Medium Support Women's Longline Padded Sports Bra. The fit is incredibly comfortable — snug without feeling too tight, and it moves naturally with my body. The longline design offers great additional coverage and feels very secure during high- movement activities. The soft, breathable fabric kept me dry through intense workouts, and I loved how lightweight yet supportive it felt. The padding is discreet but provides a nice shape and added comfort. The minimal, stylish design also makes it a versatile piece I can wear for both workouts and casual outings. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to make the straps adjustable for an even more customized fit. However, overall, this sports bra performed beautifully across strength training, cardio, and yoga sessions. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of workout gear!

[ I ’ m a huge fan of the Alate longline sports bra! I usually find sports bras either overly uncomfortable and compressive, or not providing adequate support. I think this bra strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support! It ’s my favorite sports bra to wear during my yoga practice. The material is so soft and breathable, and the bra stays in place while I ’ m moving. The longline style works really well under shirts( it doesn ’ t have a noticeable outline at all) but offers enough coverage for me to wear just with leggings, too. I found it to be really true to size( as a DD cup size). No obvious cons of this product— just expect it to work better for lower intensity movement, since it offers relatively less compression than other styles.

The design of the bra hugs your body where needed but is not restrictive when moving. The dri- FIT technology helped me stay dry and moved the sweat away from my skin, which I liked the most. I am not a fan of being sweaty. The material was my favorite because it allows my upper body to breathe and move during rigorous workout sessions. I did have a few issues with the band rolling up but I attribute this to my body type. Other than that, this sports bra performed well and is just the addition I was looking for to add to my workout routine!

I 'm a classic size 75/C, but it was hard for me to figure out which one to order. In the end, I ordered an S( C- D), which is a bit big in the round. That's why I ordered an XS( D- E) size, hoping that it would only be smaller in the round. But the cup of the XS is also smaller, a bit but is D- E, which should be larger. In the end, I could n't decide and kept both, there is not that much difference between them. But the sizing could be simpler and more logical( D- E should not be smaller than C- D). Regardless, they are very comfortable and beautiful, I love them!

I just purchased my third Alate bra. The newest update seems to have a slightly thicker back band and bigger clasp, which makes it easier to close and offers a bit more support than my other ones. The straps are stretchy and super comfortable, while also being adjustable. I wear these bras everyday, they are so comfortable!
