The black/black colorway is always a classic, and it ’s awesome to receive these while watching the professionals wear the same. One downside, these appear to come with a slightly thicker lace style than I ’ ve come to expect in soccer boots. [ Perfect fit, usually buy a size bigger than my normal shoe size but these fit just right. I ’ ve worn similar models with the ankle fabric and it ’s hard to put on but these have what I think is a new design where the seam is reinforced and slightly to the side where you can grab it with more confidence. It feels natural to grab it from there instead of the center making it easier to grab it while you put your foot it. In terms of comfort, when I wear cleats other cleats it takes time to break them in, these feel just right after the first 2 wears. The arc of my foot feels comfortable and not too tight, I don ’ t feel restricted and it feels comfortable to move in without any stress on the middle of my foot. I have a wider foot so this is a huge pain point but with this model I feel that ’s not the case. It also doesn ’ t feel loose almost like it ’s molded for my foot making me confident that it won ’ t slip off while playing. The inside of the cleat is also lined with cushioning that adds comfort but still feels light enough for a cleat almost like a second layer of comfort built for agility. In terms of design, the colorway is sleek. The different hues make the swoosh stand out. The shape and over all look feels fast, the design is what I imagine when I think of agility. There are so many details not just in color but in shape, texture and innovative placement of the different components of the cleats. The perfect blend of innovation, functionality and form. I mentioned this before but I absolutely love the placement of the seam on the ankle lining, I feel like a a details that shoes the definition of human centered design, it shows how much attention goes into designing a solution because someone must ’ ve have observed how we put on cleats and where we grab the lining to put on the cleat, when it was in the center my fingers would slip and it was harder to get the right amount of stretch to get my foot in but with this model it feels just right and I feel confident it won ’ t slip or rip when stretching it to put in my foot. I can ’ t emphasize enough how helpful it is to have what feels like a very intentional placement of the seam in a shape that matches where I grab the cleat to stretch the ankle fabric to put in my foot along with the grip material on the inside that not only reinforces the seam but also has the right texture to prevent it from slipping as I put on the shoe, absolutely amazed by this detail. I look forward to continuing to use these cleats in the field. I ’ m very pleased with the product and don ’ t think there ’s anything I would change about it at the moment.

Sizing is true to size, but be aware that this cleat model should be avoided on turf/artificial grass. There are different studs on each model cleat, so choose which one best suits you. [ Elliot is a high level athlete. Footwork is big part of Jiu Jitsu, so we try to incorporate other sports like soccer into his training to bolster every aspect of his game. Elliot is( 7) and wears a size 1Y( roughly). These Nike Jr Mercurial Vapor Cleats fit perfectly in 1Y. They ’ re definitely a little tight/narrow, but I feel they “ broke in ” quickly. You may struggle to get them on at first, but once you get them on they flex/maneuver well. They break in pretty easy and my son has yet to complained once about them hurting his feet or getting blisters like other cleats. He wants to wear these all the time over all his other cleats( f50, lower model of mercurials etc). He got the Kylian Mbappe color( yellow). Sizing is true to size, but be aware that this cleat model should be avoided on turf/artificial grass. There are different studs on each model cleat, so choose which one best suits you. [ Elliot is a high level athlete. Footwork is big part of Jiu Jitsu, so we try to incorporate other sports like soccer into his training to bolster every aspect of his game. Elliot is( 7) and wears a size 1Y( roughly). These Nike Jr Mercurial Vapor Cleats fit perfectly in 1Y. They ’ re definitely a little tight/narrow, but I feel they “ broke in ” quickly. You may struggle to get them on at first, but once you get them on they flex/maneuver well. The cleat length is great for digging into the ground and helping you move with ease and transition between running and stopping. Like any sport or challenge it shouldn ’ t be easy. When Elliot laces up its full go to the max. He ran these all afternoon trying to perfect his game. We will be using these all summer!

[ I ’ ve been playing in Phantoms for a few years and this time I decided to go half- size up, as the older Phantom GX was pretty tight in the toe box. Best decision ever: this new upper is so soft and malleable to the foot, plus the extra length made it really comfortable to play in. I have wide feet and had absolutely no problems with these boots( I tried Mercurials and couldn ’ t run due to the tight fit). The FG plate is quite aggressive with bladed, high molded studs. It ’s great on the forefoot but I would not suggest it for older AG turfs( like the one I played in)- as I got stuck on the ground a few times, and got a few blisters on my first day. It does wonders on natural grass! My favorite thing about these new Phantoms is the sensation when shooting/striking the ball, this upper seems at the same time both soft and thin, making it easy to feel the ball but also not providing a totally barefoot touch, which to me can be uncomfortable on the toe box. Highly recommended if you have a wider foot but still want a lightweight, soft boot!

[ Somehow Nike just gets better and better each year with their new soccer boots. These have to be the lightest pair of cleats I 've ever owned. Somehow it feels like I 'm wearing nothing on my feet but have the most revolutionary boots on at the same time. If you like a tight, glove- like feel I would recommend going TTS but if you prefer a little more room, I recommend going a half- size up. The ball handling and accuracy is incredible on these. They designed the knit on the front upper to be sticky to provide an unreal grip on the ball. Feels almost like an unfair advantage how easy it is dribble and control the ball. I 've only played in warm, hot and slightly dewy conditions so it will be interesting to try these out in rainy conditions. The traction plate on the outsole has crazy grip on turf and even grass. It really helps with that first move when you go to cut. Pivoting has never been easier and changing directions is seamless. I love the additional boost you get from the unique design. Nothing but positive feedback for the 6's.. the only thing I would change are the colorway options, Most of them are pretty loud so I would prefer a more subtle white/silver option.

Only downside is the slight difficulty in getting the cleat on, thought that is pretty normal with this style opening. Also, the edge where the boot material meets the elastic could use some work to not be quite such so sharp on the foot. My player struggles with getting it in a comfortable position. [ The balance between the ankle support but also the lightweight feel is top tier. After having ankle surgeries in the past, some cleats make me feel like I ’ m not fully supported, but this model still makes me feel comfortably supported but also allowing for agility and comfort. Style and colorway allows for kit versatility, but also very looks clean and professional. This cleat made me feel like I could hit my top speeds and make my cuts effortless, but also while looking like I play soccer for my day job.

[ The soccer boots are sublime. I love the feel of the sock- like upper for soccer, as it truly gives you best feel of the ball. This style can sometimes sacrifice stability where the upper connects to the sole- that is not the case here. I have found the zm superfly to be stable in and out of cuts while remaining light and agile. Aesthetically, I think the boots are perfect. The black/black colorway is always a classic, and it ’s awesome to receive these while watching the professionals wear the same. One downside, these appear to come with a slightly thicker lace style than I ’ ve come to expect in soccer boots. Feels like I sacrifice a bit of in game ball control because of that, but it ’s an easy fix as I swapped out the laces with another pair.

[ Perfect fit, usually buy a size bigger than my normal shoe size but these fit just right. I ’ ve worn similar models with the ankle fabric and it ’s hard to put on but these have what I think is a new design where the seam is reinforced and slightly to the side where you can grab it with more confidence. It feels natural to grab it from there instead of the center making it easier to grab it while you put your foot it. In terms of comfort, when I wear cleats other cleats it takes time to break them in, these feel just right after the first 2 wears. The arc of my foot feels comfortable and not too tight, I don ’ t feel restricted and it feels comfortable to move in without any stress on the middle of my foot. I have a wider foot so this is a huge pain point but with this model I feel that ’s not the case. It also doesn ’ t feel loose almost like it ’s molded for my foot making me confident that it won ’ t slip off while playing. The inside of the cleat is also lined with cushioning that adds comfort but still feels light enough for a cleat almost like a second layer of comfort built for agility. In terms of design, the colorway is sleek. The different hues make the swoosh stand out. The shape and over all look feels fast, the design is what I imagine when I think of agility. There are so many details not just in color but in shape, texture and innovative placement of the different components of the cleats. The perfect blend of innovation, functionality and form. I mentioned this before but I absolutely love the placement of the seam on the ankle lining, I feel like a a details that shoes the definition of human centered design, it shows how much attention goes into designing a solution because someone must ’ ve have observed how we put on cleats and where we grab the lining to put on the cleat, when it was in the center my fingers would slip and it was harder to get the right amount of stretch to get my foot in but with this model it feels just right and I feel confident it won ’ t slip or rip when stretching it to put in my foot. I can ’ t emphasize enough how helpful it is to have what feels like a very intentional placement of the seam in a shape that matches where I grab the cleat to stretch the ankle fabric to put in my foot along with the grip material on the inside that not only reinforces the seam but also has the right texture to prevent it from slipping as I put on the shoe, absolutely amazed by this detail. I look forward to continuing to use these cleats in the field. I ’ m very pleased with the product and don ’ t think there ’s anything I would change about it at the moment.
