I play college soccer and had purchased the Luna cleat last year in my true size( W 8. 5/ M 7). I had an issue with them being too tight. With this knowledge I ordered a half size up this year( W 9/ M 7. 5). The half size up fits much better and is more comfortable. These were accommodating for his slightly wide feet and do not create any hot spots or pain points while he is playing.
