[ I received the Nike Sportswear Classic Wovens Women's Mid- Rise Shorts in teal and the color does not disappoint, it is vibrant! What I immediately liked about these shorts is that they are lightweight and unlined( perfect for running in the summer when temperatures are high and I sweat more, despite being made of polyester). The inseam length is moderate, which I find more flattering than a short inseam. I am size 26 waist and got the size small, they fit true to size. The one complaint I have is there is no zippered pocket to hold a key or fob while running, that would have made these perfect. I am still giving them five stars because overall these shorts are comfortable, versatile, and flattering.

It is breathable. Waist is slightly adjustable but not by much. Doesn ’ t ride up. I wouldn ’ t say it ’s flattering on, but that ’s not something I care about if everything else is fine. It would be good as casual wear or a workout. The length is great, not too long or short, and works for squats as it covers everything.

These are the best shorts out there right now IMO. I used to wear Nike Tempo for running, everyday wear, and sleeping. But I 've noticed that the brief part has gotten smaller with updates, and the elastic waistband irritates me. I 'm also in between sizes in Nike( XXL is too big, XL is uncomfortably small). These Brooks shorts solve all of those problems! I was impressed by the full- coverage briefs, comfy waistband, and perfect length with vents for mobility. Yes, I use them for everyday wear as well as for the sport I play which is Lawn Bowls. The side pocket is great for holding everything from my lip balm to my measure for bowls. The only thing I find that is not so good is the stitching along the bottom of front pockets had to be resewn as this just does n't seem to hold. Other than that This is a great pair of shorts.

I have shorts that fit me well from size 4- 8, just depends on the style. I tried size 6 in the 5 '' inseam, but the waist was a little snug, so I returned for size 8, which fit perfectly. I still have room in the hips, but they fit nicely and give me some shape. And my legs do n't look like sticks hanging out of a barrel!;) This fabric has a nice, silky feel to it. Some of the others I tried were a bit stiff and `` papery '' feeling. I highly recommend these.
