I 've had my Sunny manual treadmill for nearly a year. It is a great value. I hop on several times a day. To reduce the stress on my 95 year old arms, I slip a short length of 2x4 lumber under the rear supports. Works well.

The Trekpad is very simple to use and completely avoids gym membership which is challenging during winter in Maine. I like the readouts which provide a variety of information throughout the workout. I broke one minor piece getting the treadmill out of the box, so I will be calling Sunny H& F to see if they can send me another arm rest. For someone who is not mechanical and has a ways to go fitness- wise, this is an excellent, cost- effective purchase. It's compact enough to move around if you need to. Definitely a 5 Star purchase for my purposes.

Unit was easy to set up and use. Works well for my stride, I am 5' 8'. The handles are a great addition for movement and balacnce however I do get shocked while I am walking. Hopefully this is static build up from movement rather than an electrical issue?
