This Strider is worth every single penny, dime, nickel, quarter, dollar, etc that I paid for it. It has gotten me moving in a world where my desk job consumes my time. My kids even love it. With my daughter being a gymnast, she actually loves it to keep her moving on days she's not in training. My sons who are 6 and 4 years old love it as well. I can even get my husband on this thing once in awhile. It has not only enhanced my workout, but just seeing it provides the temptation to workout. It moves like a regular elliptical you see in a gym. I even use my dumbbells with it. I used it not only when sitting but standing as well. [ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

[ The pieces to the equipment were easy to placed together and to follow along with the instructions provided. The leg strider glides so smoothly and is sound quiet. I am able to pedal fast or slow and still feel my upper and lower legs burn. This is a great exercise for when watching tv- the time goes by so fast you don ’ t even know it. I really enjoy using this stride glider and it will definitely be part of my daily exercise regime.

I love my mini elliptical trainer. it is part of my workout routine. It sits in front of the loveseat and I pedal it as I read or watch TV. It is a great additional boost to my workout. I am really happy that I purchased it! I also have your exercise bike.

Really like it. It is quiet and can adjust level of resistance. Have n't yet used the battery for feedback. It will be helpful to keep my knee joints in good shape. Only regret that I did n't get it when I was rehabbing from knee surgery.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

I love exercising on this Eliptical. Easy on my joints. I can do a light workout or a cardio workout. The Sunnyfit trainers have several workouts on the app that are amazing. I waited to do this review to see if I have any issues. The only thing that comes to mind is it does n't like going in reverse like my Orbitrek did.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.
