I bought this product in store after trying out the floor model. I am 6' 4 '' and have a 36 inseam and needed a bike that would fit me. It advertised support for up to a 36 inseam and I can use the bike comfortably with the seat all the way up, so I am satisfied with that. Assembly was not too much effort. I followed the instructions and it maybe took an hour and a half to get it all assembled and everything cleaned up. Just screw driver, allen wrench, and wrench turning. This bike features magnetic resistance and this works quite well. It is very quiet compared to other bikes I have tried and I have no trouble watching a show while riding. The resistance control knob is not very precise and you may have to dial it back and forth a bit to get the resistance that you want. The bike comes with a bluetooth arm band to measure your pulse. I find that this works well. It has a charging cable that attaches to the data screen on the bike and is easy to keep charged. The power cable for the unit just kind of dangles on the floor beneath the bike and I was worried that I would snag it so I zip tied it to the bottom of the bike frame to keep it out of the way. It does limit how far away you can be from an electrical outlet unless you want to run an extension cord. I have not tried to use the app as I mainly just target a heart- rate for a certain amount of time and for this the bike entirely meets my needs. I like the bike and so far I have no buyer's remorse.

I ’ ve been waiting to purchase the Schwinn indoor bike when I first discovered the IC2. My sister- in- law has the IC3 and liked the ride. I researched other brands and even considered buying a converter for my outdoor bike. I am happy that I purchased the Schwinn IC4! This model includes a pair of 3 lb weight that fit near the handle bars for upper body use. The handle bars are also great if you need to lean in and pump it up! There is a place for your electronic device to keep your mind busy if you need it. The pedaling is smooth and quiet. The knob is easy to grip and turn for increasing or decreasing the resistance. I am not a thin person and the seat is a bit hard for me after about 20 minutes, so I purchased a cover to soften the pain on my bony areas from riding. I ’ m sure most indoor bikes have these thin hard seats so this is not a deal breaker at all! I ’ ve replaced my outdoor bike seat, too. While other companies may have the bike in stock for delivery, I trust Dick ’s and pick up was easy! I can ’ t provide the ease of assembly because my husband picked up the bike and assembled most of it before arriving home. I highly recommend this Schwinn IC4 if you are looking for a great indoor ride!

I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

It was packaged well, without damage, although it took a little longer to arrive than I 'd hoped — standard, easy, step- by- step assembly. We 've used the stationary bike for about a month now, 3- 4 days a week. The pedal action is very smooth and the amount of adjustments is ample allowing both my 6' 1 '' and my wife's 5' 1 '' height to be accommodated. It is, however, a bit wobbly. Vigorous pedaling causes the whole thing to sway, although it never feels like it is going to flop over. Overall, a good piece of equipment at a reasonable price.

I 'm not thrilled with the very cheesy computer, but the space between the handlebars fits my iPad perfectly, and I use a riding app to measure my distance/speed.

If you are looking for a standard EXERCISE bike without all the unnecessary- and more costly bells and whistles- then this is the bike for you! The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

I searched for a few weeks before settling on this bike. So far, no regrets on buying this bike. This bike is HEAVY so I recommend getting some help before assembling or moving. That said, it is very sturdy and easy to adjust the heights. Ride is very quiet and smooth. Sturdy, nothing wobbles/rattles. Very quiet, I can watch TV on normal volume. The seat has nice cushion. Display is simple, easy to use. Assembly was more extensive than expected but easy enough for one person. I have a 27 '' inseam and the shortest setting only fits when I 'm wearing shoes, which is fine since bare foot would hurt( the peddles are spiky for grip). I would n't recommend this style( upright) over `` recumbent '' for anyone with back issues, since there's no backrest. Also this works out more than just your legs( glutes, abs, back, etc) where recumbent is just legs. The folding feature is nice but I actually do n't use it since the bike size is already compact.

I was a little skeptical considering I already have a recumbent bike that is not quiet but figured what the heck. The quality of the Marcy NS- 652 is fantastic. The size is easy to move from storage to use. The assembly is very easy too. I had to have my husband shorten the seat an inch. I am petite. We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. Well made and not difficult to put together. Bought this bike for my wife to rehab a pretty bad fractured tibia. This bike kept the weight off her leg allowing her to build up strength and achieve full extension. We both use this to workout and fight off Father Time. My 16 year daughter put the bike together in about 30 minutes! The pedals were a problem initially as they kept falling off, but we looked up help in this and rectified it. My only issue is getting my spin shoes to clip in and out. The bike is AWESOME! Sturdy, quiet ride!

Great sturdy quality made bike. Been using it for a week and so far no issues. Bike spins smoothly and quietly. Resistance level does not go as high as a Peloton, but it ’s not far off and will definitely give you a great workout. Seat is not bad, but I prefer a gel or memory foam seat and plan to remove and upgrade the seat in the future. Glad I purchased!

Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. The bike is very quiet when pedaling so it can be situated in any room available. Overall, A+ so far.
