I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. I got this bike as I am temporarily unable to run due to a neck injury. It was pretty simple to assemble( although some of the instructions were a little hard to decipher). All parts were in the box along with some tools to put it together if you do n't already have your own tools. SO far, I have used it daily and I find the motion is very quiet and smooth. I like the simplicity of the display and, for anyone wondering, you can reset each workout `` session '' by holding down the button and your session distance and time will reset. The bike does have an odometer so it will continue to track your entire distance overall, which I like. There is also a nice feature that the screen will toggle through all the items on the screen if you choose the `` scan '' option on the screen. Or you can just have it set to stay on distance or time so that is a nice feature to have a little flexibility. I also really like the back of the seat since, as mentioned above, I 'm dealing with a neck injury so I can sit back and not worry about needing extra support. The side handles are very nice too for when I sit back and peddle. An excellent bike for anyone looking for something without any extra bells and whistles that does what it should do at a very reasonable price.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

If you are looking for a standard EXERCISE bike without all the unnecessary- and more costly bells and whistles- then this is the bike for you! The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

Every passing month I did my bed exercises of leg lifts, scissor kicks and knee bends. 6 months ago I practiced standing my legs were weak. I started exercising every day peddling for a hour at tention 8. Exercising with weights and leg bed exercises. Today I am walking I peddle everyday 10 miles or over do the math. The Sunny peddler never broke down never quit on me. The only thing I changed were the peddles for better traction. I work in 3D modeling and animation. I am 71 I have no pain I take no pain killers. I smile when I look at my machine and my log book noting my milage journey. Sunny is a company offering an amazing product and I thank them.

[ Love this product. Super easy to set up. All I had to do was bump air in the back side of the black flare piece. Product comes with small hand pump and plugs for the exercise ball. I was able to pump it up in a minute or two. I really liked using this balance board in my daily workout. Love that I can use it for a couple different workout moves.

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

If you have limited space, you 'll find it fits nicely into a corner and is light weight enough to easily move out for use. And last, but not least, is the ease of getting on and off the bike. Purchase this upright in 2020 at the start of the pandemic when my gym closed. According to my husband it was easy to assemble. I rode it almost every day until I went back to the gym this year( 2021). Just as sturdy now as it was when I started riding it last year. I love this bike. It is compact and fits nicely in my room. It also is quiet so there is almost no noise!! As other reviewers pointed out the handlebars are not adjustable. This is not a major problem, but would have been a nice added feature.
