Thank you Peloton, on December 10, 2024, I was 314 pounds. Today march 24, 2025, I am 220 pounds. 94 pounds lost. I bought my bike, and the peloton instructors, are amazing. I started with a 5 minute ride, did a ton of stretching, now I went 99 days with a workout everyday. I am 56 years old. I completed all of Matt ’s 120, 90, working on 75, lots of 60 minutes rides, lifted weights, walked, all with my peloton app. I can ’ t think all of Peloton for helping me. I love this bike. I never thought that I would enjoy it so much but it ’s been almost 6 years now and everyday there seems to be something new to discover. I picked up Peloton in the early fall of 2019 and of course it carried me through the pandemic but since then the depth of interesting classes and various workouts have kept me going. I still have my original bike, been doing my best to keep it in good shape and for the most part the flywheel still spins like new, the pedals still hold great and nothing has shaken off:) I ’ ve been through a few pairs of shoes and aside from being stiff when new, I love ’ em. It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. Everything about the bike is phenomenal. I had the first version many years ago and the improvements to the bike+ are excellent!! I love the auto resistance feature, the incredible sound system, bigger screen, updates to the software and the overall aesthetic look of the bike. All the instructors are excellent. Do n't have a favorite, although I tend to gravitate to the women, because I 'm a guy. Lol. I use the bike for cardio vascular fitness and it's very easy to achieve that goal with all the motivating and entertaining classes.

I used to own the original Peloton Bike, but I gave it to a dear friend whose husband is battling cancer, and at the time, I also needed to make space after deciding to adopt a second child. Still, I always felt like something was missing. I missed the movement, the motivation, and most of all — Kendall and her powerful mental health rides. So many miles, so much sweat, and more than a few healing tears were shed on that bike. Eventually, I decided to reclaim a little joy for myself and repurpose our underused kitchen nook( we have a dining room we use more anyway). I chose to invest in the Bike+ — and oh my, what an upgrade! It feels truly luxurious, and I ’ ve fallen in love with riding all over again. I really like being able to do strength and cycling at the same time. My two fav instructors are Ally Love and Cody Rigsby. I can rely on them to give me a great workout and also give me some tough love and great words of wisdom, without taking themselves too seriously. I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. Nice that you have a choice to keep them on or not. My friend was visiting from Taiwan and put the bike together for me so quickly since he works in the industry. We did n't want to spend a fortune on a recumbent bike. We did n't need all the bells and whistles but we wanted the basics. This bike is it! It gets used daily for a minimum of an hour. Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. [ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.

The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

Just what I needed! I usually walk 4 miles a day but the cold and inclement weather days, or just the days my knees are in need of a break, this is perfect. It did take about 2 hours to put together, but was a fairly straightforward process. It is easy to use and I am enjoying the change of pace this winter! We have had a regular Sunny bike for about 8 years now and have loved it!! But my husband now has Parkinson's disease which is affecting his legs most of all. So a recumbent bike is necessary for him to keep riding. The fact that he can easily step in front of the seat without having to hike his leg over the machine to straddle the seat is a game changer for him. I chose this model partly for that reason. I chose Sunny because the quality of my original bike was great, and a few years ago when I had a bearing wear out, it was easy to get a replacement and YouTube videos enabled us to do the maintenance on it ourselves, even as 70- year olds! I am also loving the World Tour tracks and the fact that with the SunnyFit app it can automatically change resistance as you ride if you want it to do that. [ We have been working from home remotely since pandemic started and rarely going out just for groceries, health situation was getting worse. Initially purchased Stamina Wonder Exercise Bike, which is a great exercise machine, however, my spouse took it over and moved it in her office area. After struggling to coordinate time, decided to buy Wirk about a month ago and it has been the best decision. It stays under my desk and I can use it any time while working on the desk. The best thing I like is that the display is wireless and sitting on my desk to monitor the progress instead of bending under the desk to check and reset. Overall the Stamina Wirk mini bike is a great product. It runs smooth and I am using it daily for atleast 30 to 60 minutes.

I bought this for spinning to help with a knee injury, and it seems to do the trick. The bike is sturdy and comfortable and light enough to move around easily. It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.

Great sturdy quality made bike. Been using it for a week and so far no issues. Bike spins smoothly and quietly. Resistance level does not go as high as a Peloton, but it ’s not far off and will definitely give you a great workout. Seat is not bad, but I prefer a gel or memory foam seat and plan to remove and upgrade the seat in the future. Glad I purchased!

[ The assembly was time- consuming, but the instructions were clear and all of the parts were easily identified. I have used the unit three times now, and it seems to work fine for my needs. I have an ankle injury and need to get some aerobic exercise not involving my legs. The only drawback so far is that the pedal box is very noisy( a squeaky noise) when you first start exercising. The noise abates a bit after some time of using, but it is still there and annoying. That is the reason I have given a 4 rating instead of a 5. Is there any way to lubricate the mechanism in the pedal box?
