It's hard to find a reasonably priced exercise bike that does n't require an online subscription, has built- in programs, and automatically adjusts the resistance. This one checks all those boxes. And if you really want to use an app, you can use bluetooth to connect your phone or tablet. The LED control panel counts your calories, distance, pulse, and other things. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. The bike is very quiet when pedaling so it can be situated in any room available. Overall, A+ so far.

I bought the trainer this winter to try and step up my triathlon game in the off season. Both me and wife wife used it on my carbon road bike and her carbon tri bike. We used a new Shimano 10 speed cassette on the trainer for both my Shimano set and her SRAM set, no issues with compatibility. I would suggest you use the same chain oil/wax to not have any cross contamination using differing lubrication. As for function. I tried to use the Trax Trainer software and the Garmin Connect Software through my watch( the Trax software does sync with garmin connect, but not for battery level or a couple of other daily measurements). Leaving both workouts on there gets all the data and it mostly does n't allow excess milage, but I have seen it show up in a couple spots twice. They could improve on that. As for the Tacx software. The routes are good, but not as interactive as the peloton or other apps out there. Though I 've climbed some pretty gnalry passes throughout the word now using it. I think that's the best part about the app, the climbing portions. It also keeps it less boring, but also really easy to over train if you 're not careful. I might try interfacing it with some other software next winter but for now I 'll use the nice clear roads through the summer and fall months.

But I have been using it for months and it's awesome, especially for the price. The handlebars and seat are adjustable to fit your height. It is easy to move around so I can wheel it into different rooms and it's not a huge machine so it can be tucked against a wall or easily stored. I live in an apartment on the second floor and this is great because it's quiet( no pounding on the floor like a treadmill.) It does n't have a ton of bells and whistles with built in screens for live classes but I watch free youtube cycling videos on my ipad and rest it on the inner handlebars easily! We purchased the S24 Studio Bike the end of December and have been using it for the last 2 months. The bike set up looked intimidating, but was actually quite easy to assemble. There are so many workout options in the iFit application you never get bored or tired of the same routine. Would highly recommend this bike to anyone just starting out or for an advanced workout!

I upgraded to NordicTrack ’s new S24 Studio Bike from a Proform Studio Bike six weeks ago. The bigger screen is a big improvement over the old one, and the console works very well with the new version of iFIT. An even better feature is the fan. The ability to use streaming apps is nice to have, but not a function I see myself using very often. I am very happy with my purchase!

As a 57 year old man, I ’ m not ready to sit down and get old. I ’ m 25 pounds heavier than I want to be, stiffer and slower than I want and feeling my joints every day. That said, I ’ m not done exploring, moving, learning or living. I bought my Nordic track bike to whip my old self into shape. The first few rides…. Hurt. Padded shorts and perseverance overcame the pain in my… back side. And now, I look forward to my ride each day. I love seeing new places, riding with different trainers and feeling my body become stronger, more limber and toned. I ’ ve never been one to work out, but this bike is different. Seeing different places is fun. Seeing the resistance level on the screen, anticipating increases, pushing to get through it, because you can see you only have a few seconds more before it eases up on you. All told, it a great program which is providing me with stimulation and the motivation to keep going. I purchased the system at the recommendation of a friend, I ’ d definitely recommend it to others.

I have problems with my knees and have tried different equipment to get a workout in. This bike has by far been the best for them. I am able to ride and not have pain afterwards. The bike was simple to assemble and doesn ’ t take up a lot of space. I enjoy using the bike with the iFIT membership. It is fine to be able to ride in different places and with different trainers. I am very happy with my purchase. I put it together by myself in about 30 to 45 minutes, only one bloody knuckle. I chose this bike for the flywheel weight, magnetic resistance, pedal q factor, and adjustable seat and handlebars. The only downside is the weight and I was n't able to bring it upstairs to my bedroom. The digital monitor is ehh... but still nice to have one. I would highly recommend.

This is really my first __quote__spinning__quote__ bike experience. I 've used the generic exercise bikes at the gym, but none like this. _x000D_ With no experience, I figured that I should get one with the monitor, with the SPD pedal option, a heavier fly wheel( because I 'm a large guy), more adjustable handlebars, and the magnetic resistance. This one met all my criteria in my price range. _x000D_ When I unboxed it, I was impressed at how solid and heavy- duty all the parts are. It was fairly easy to put together, took about hour. I found some youtube videos on how to __quote__set up__quote__ a bike( seat height, etc). The monitor is pretty easy to understand after reading the instructions and watching a video. _x000D_ The only complaint I have- and this seems to be universal with this type of bike- is that there's no good resistance indicator. I 'd be happy with any sort of indicator that would show how many turns or half- turns I 've made, to have a way to easily see what resistance level I 'm at. I have seen a few such things on Etsy so maybe I 'll get one. Otherwise, it's met and exceeded my expectations and I have no worries that it 'll fall apart any time soon, if ever. _x000D_ I 'm surprised that they market other models more. Maybe because this one is a little more$$$? IDK

Great sturdy quality made bike. Been using it for a week and so far no issues. Bike spins smoothly and quietly. Resistance level does not go as high as a Peloton, but it ’s not far off and will definitely give you a great workout. Seat is not bad, but I prefer a gel or memory foam seat and plan to remove and upgrade the seat in the future. Glad I purchased!

I love this bike! My daughter and I both use it a ton and it fit both of us easily even though we are totally different sizes.
