[ I ’ m a female and bought the mens. I chose medium. It fits well with room to layer. Covers my backside for extra warmth. I live in Maine where the wind whips often and this coat has kept me so warm on the cold and windy days. The outer shell does attract lint or hair easily.

[ I purchased this jacket to replace my main winter coat that I had for 20 years( also Columbia). Very good mid- weight coat. You can wear in in the 50 ’s unzipped without getting too hot, and I ’ ve worn it in mid 30 ’s drizzle comfortably. Any cooler than 30 degrees and you ’ d probably want to throw on a fleece underneath. The Sherpa is a very nice touch, and I love the hood. This coat is more comfortable than my previous coat, time will tell if it also lasts me 20 years.

[ I love my new Landroamer jacket. It is perfect for what I needed. It is warm and the lining is extremely comfortable. The shell repels the rain, sleet and snow keeping me dry regardless of what is falling from the sky. It has far exceeded my initial expectations.

Ive bought a lot of jackets from the top brands over the years, but nothing matches Fjallraven for build quality and timelessness. After buying this I sold all my Rab, Montane, North Face etc jackets- this is better all round, warmer in the cold( totally wind resistant), more resistant to water, more breathable, tougher, it looks fantastic( always getting asked about it) and will probably last 20 years. It fits perfectly- though go a size down. Pockets are excellent esp the inside pocket, insulated hood works beautifully and still has room for a beanie if its really cold- only thing to note is there is no drawstring waist- presumably because of the down- but it doesnt impact anything. After buying this i bought the insulated Kiruna... hardest decision of the day is which one to put on...

I am a very warm person in general, so I was actually a bit hesitant when reviews claimed the coat to be extremely warm. I took the plunge and am extremely happy so far with the purchase, The down filling almost self adjusts and keeps you at just the right temperature, but not too hot! The fit is great, contouring perfect to the body, Im 5' 7 '' and have an athletic figure. Besides the fit and finish the coat just looks good, and feels of very high quality. Looking forward to wearing this in the cold winter months in Michigan. Dont hesitate, Buy this coat!

I ordered both this jacket and the re- wool jacket. Both seem like nice, warm options for Wisconsin winters. I 'm 5'11 '' tall, 185 pounds. I 'm torso- tall, a bit of a rounded belly, with average shoulder width. This down jacket was ordered in size large, which is a bit too snug on me. The re- wool was purchased in size XL, which is perfect. Planning to return this down jacket and wait to see if the re- wool gets me through the winter. If I feel like I need a better water- resistant jacket, then I 'll consider buying this down coat in size XL. Again, seems like a great coat, solid quality, a nice hood, good sleeve length.

Like the product description says, it has a very classic aesthetic but it also offers a ton of warmth and great water resistance. For jackets I am typically right in between a Medium and Small, and the Small fits perfectly on this one.

This was my first down jacket from Fjällräven and it was fantastic with a sweater underneath it and kept you warm in 20°F weather's to 10°F weather's in New York City. I 've used it on a hike before when it was snowing outside and the weather was around 10°, it kept me warm throughout the whole hike and never made me sweat at all because of the great insulation and circulation of rounding out where the warmth would be needed for my body. Highly recommend anyone who has thought about getting this jacket to get it without any regrets at all! 5 star jacket and worth every penny!

This has been the perfect parka for Minnesota winter( and late autumn and early spring) days. It has been my `` go to '' jacket for walking- I 'm never too warm or too cold. It blocks the wind and moisture. I 'd say, depending on what I layer with, I 'm good from single digits to the 40's. It's also just getting more comfortable over time. Ca n't recommend it enough!

The Kiruna parka immediately became my favorite coat. The sleeves are roomy so I can wear a sweater or suit jacket comfortably. The length protects me from rain as I walk or load and unload the car. The fit and color earn compliments. I highly recommend this coat for cool, rainy weather!

The weight, material, length, and fit are all perfect. I got this jacket for snowshoeing to be protected from the elements but also to be warm but not overheat. Double zipper helps with mobility for activities. Would recommend and buy again!

I have never been so well protected against the wind. Only downside is it ’s awfully heavy, but the weight seems to make it much more effective than down jackets. Love the mitten pockets. I never wear mittens or gloves any more and my hands are a lot qwarmer.

Catherine S.
The parka is perfect for those snowy days when it ’s not freezing cold. I purchased a small and I ’ m 5 ” 4 and 125 lbs I have enough room for a bulky sweater to wear under it. My only complaint is never enough products available in my size always sold out! Great products if you can get them!

All are large and deep enough to fit phones and the front was able to hold my wallet, which was a tad longer than my phone. ... Its just as easy to wear with your favorite leggings on your way to a work out class, or with your favorite sweatpants when you 're out running

[ The Downfleece Swoosh Trench Coat exceeded my expectations in almost every category. The fit is exceptional, the shoulders offer just the right amount of room without feeling bulky, and the length falls perfectly to cover my shins, providing great warmth and coverage. I also appreciated the thoughtful detail of the thumb loops at the wrists, which add both comfort and functionality. The design is equally impressive. At first glance it appears subtle, but once you notice the swooshes, you can tell a lot of intention went into the overall look. It strikes a nice balance between understated style and distinct Nike identity. The fabric itself is another highlight. It ’s warm and soft without being overly noisy, and the matte finish gives it a clean, modern appearance while still feeling premium. What I loved most was the combination of fit and design. It has a timeless, classy silhouette while still feeling current and stylish. The only improvement I would suggest is tightening the exterior belt; it felt a bit too loose and tended to slip out of the loops more easily than expected. Overall, it ’s a well- crafted, thoughtfully designed coat that delivers comfort, style, and practicality.

[ This trench coat is very stylish and comfortable to wear for long periods of time when the temps drop. The padded design on the exterior is really unique and catches the eye from afar. The material is smooth on the outside and even slicker on the inside. It feels great against the skin and helps slide over any layers you have on underneath. I like how the coat utilizes buttons instead of zippers on the openings. There are multiple pockets to keep your hands warm and a couple to help you store a few items. There is a stylish belt attached that helps show off your figure or keep the coat close to you if you ’ re feeling extra chilly. The arm sleeves are cuffed at the wrist to keep that cold air out and there is even a thumb slit to keep them locked in place as you move around. This coat has a large collar that you can flip up to help protect your neck from those wind chills. I like the length of this trench coat as it covers my body all the way down to my boots and is great for those windy winter days. This is an easy look at match with any outfit which gives you plenty of versatility for accessories and shoes. The Nike check on the sleeve lets everyone know your fresh and ready for any activity that might arise. I definitely recommend adding this piece to your winter wardrobe.

[ I really like the overall fit and feel of the Downfleece Swoosh Trench Coat. The oversized fit makes it perfect for transitional seasons. The coat is lightweight and the Therma- FIT technology helps to keep you warm in cooler temperatures without feeling bulky. On colder days, the oversized fit makes layering easy. I comfortably wore a hoodie underneath and still had full mobility. The design is one of my favorite aspects. From a distance, it looks like a sleek black trench coat, but up close you ’ ll notice subtle Swoosh details throughout the fabric. The sweater like cuffs with thumbholes are a great touch, and the contrasting white Swoosh on the cuff is tastefully done. This coat comes loaded with functional features. It has five pockets: two front pockets, two side pockets, and an inner pocket for valuables. The included belt allows you to create a more fitted silhouette, and the snap button on the back adds versatility: unbutton it for easier movement, or button it for a more structured look that also keeps the back flap secure in windy conditions. The only thing missing is a hood. With its combination of style, warmth, and practicality, this trench is definitely going to be a staple in my wardrobe during the cooler months. On mild days, I can wear it on its own; on colder days, it works perfectly as a shell for layering. The Nike Repel finish also performs well, I wore it during a light drizzle, and it kept me dry without any issues.

[ I ’ ve been wanting a full length puffy coat and this trench has absolutely hit the mark for me. Overall it fits very well; it is a bit oversized, but I think that will mean that I can layer a hoodie or sweatshirt under it in the winter comfortably. It has deep pockets that snap closed for extra security. They seem like they would easily fit my wallet and my hands with hand warmers if necessary. I also like that there ’s no hood, but that ’s just personal preference. I ’ m so excited to wear this all the time once it gets colder. It feels really put together, and especially elevates a basic outfit like leggings and a sweatshirt.

[ Stylish, Functional, and Perfect for Cool Weather This trench is a showstopper! The Nike swooshes all over give it a bold, fashion‑forward edge while still keeping that timeless trench silhouette. As part of the Nike Lifestyle Collection, it feels like the classic trench got a modern upgrade. The down insulation makes it surprisingly warm without being heavy, and the water‑repellent finish is a lifesaver on drizzly days. It ’s the perfect transitional piece lightweight, comfortable, and effortlessly stylish. I ’ ve worn it for both casual outings and more polished looks, and it always gets compliments. Truly a staple that blends performance with street‑ready style!

I bought myself and my daughter this coat and wore it on our trip to Iceland. We both loved it. It was warm and kept us dry in a light rain. It also cleaned off easily as my daughter got mud on hers. It was very light weight and took up very little space in our bags. It fit very well and was comfortable for horseback riding, hiking, and walking around the city. We both loved how it looked too.

[ This jacket is a great all around windbreaker. The fit is oversized and can fit over a lot of layers+ allows a full range of motion. The snaps and zipper are solid. Arms are about average length/what you ’ d expect. The color is a great vibrant green. As to this jacket ’s waterproof- ness I would probably suggest something billed as an actual rain jacket. I think this one could stand up to a drizzle to light rain for a set amount of time, but wouldn ’ t be what I grabbed in anything more. I gave the jacket five stars because I was looking for a windbreaker and this fits the bill.

I ordered the Patagonia Women's Down Jacket in a sale color in Large, which turned out too big( I 'm 5' 6 '' 150#). I decided to treat myself to this coat in deep brown- it ’s a beautiful color! It feels light and comfortable, yet packs the perfect warmth for Wisconsin winters. My favorite feature is the two- way very substantial zipper, but I also love the length( mid- thigh). Let it snow( and freeze, and bluster, and blow) … at least I ’ ll be toasty and fashionable!

I was impressed with the quality of this jacket. I plan to use it as my Winter jacket in the Midwest cold. I was between medium and large. Medium was great with just a thin layer under but large better with a sweater.

MORGEN C.
I love everything about this jacket. It ’s comfortable, flattering, and very warm. I ’ d say it runs big but I like it that way so I have room for thicker layers underneath.
When selecting a coat for autumn, consider features such as insulation for warmth, water resistance to handle unexpected rain, and breathability to keep you comfortable during varying temperatures. Additionally, look for styles that offer versatility, allowing you to layer underneath as needed. Pockets can also be a practical addition for storing essentials.
Autumn coats are often made from materials like polyester, nylon, and cotton blends, which provide durability and weather resistance. Insulated linings, such as fleece or down, can add warmth without excessive bulk. It's also beneficial to choose fabrics that are easy to clean and maintain, ensuring your coat stays looking fresh throughout the season.
Choosing the right style of coat for autumn depends on your personal preferences and the activities you plan to engage in. Options range from lightweight jackets for mild days to heavier parkas for colder weather. Consider whether you need a more fitted silhouette for casual outings or a relaxed fit for layering over sweaters.
Yes, certain coats are designed with features that cater to outdoor activities in autumn, such as windproof materials, adjustable hoods, and reinforced seams for durability. Look for coats that offer mobility and comfort, especially if you plan to engage in hiking, camping, or other active pursuits. Additionally, waterproof options can be beneficial for unpredictable weather.
The fit of an autumn coat is crucial for comfort and functionality. Ensure there is enough room to layer clothing underneath without feeling restricted, while also considering the length of the coat for adequate coverage. A well-fitted coat should allow for movement, especially in the shoulders and arms, to accommodate various activities.
Styling a coat for autumn can be fun and versatile. Pair your coat with seasonal accessories like scarves, hats, and gloves to enhance your look while staying warm. Consider layering over sweaters or long-sleeve tops, and choose footwear that complements the coat's style, whether it's boots for a casual look or dress shoes for a more polished appearance.
