[ Despite it being spring, it is 40 degrees, rainy and cold today. This newly purchased jacket was the perfect solution! Great fit, insulated, hood that fits without sagging, quality material and construction. The only improvement I would suggest is snap closures vs Velcro, as Velcro tends to pick up debris when not attached to its Velcro mate. Other than that, love it!

I 'm 5' 3 '' and it hits around my mid calf. MAKE SURE TO SIZE 2 SIZES DOWN. My husband is an XL and the M fits him perfectly. I 'm a M and the XS fits me perfectly. I needed a fully waterproof jacket that was lightweight and gave lots of coverage for long dog walks. This is a good one which goes to mid thigh on me( 5' 2 '') with the rounded swoop in the back that looks a bit stylish. The hood is adjustable so it stays put and the collar gives lots of coverage as do the longer sleeves which can cover my hands or adjust with velcro at the wrist and the zippers are waterproof. The pockets are nice and deep with waterproof zippers also. I 'd give it a 5/5 if there were more than 2 external pockets
