[ When I saw that Columbia was offering a line of clothing with Insect Shield built in and noticed the price point was way less than other companies offering Insect shield technology, I had to get a few pieces to try out. The Shoaltech long sleeve shirt is cool and comfortable to wear and looks great. Sleeves can be rolled up and snapped using the installed tabs in warmer conditions. The shirt has mesh venting in the back which will keep you cooler and the material also will wick away moisture for quick evaporation. A must- Have piece of clothing for heavy bug areas when fishing, hiking or camping due to its Insect Shield Technology which will last for many washings. Whether in the field or going to a restaurant with some friends, this shirt will fit the bill.

It has versatility with the ability to wear it with long sleeves or rolled up sleeves that can be held in place with a strap that snaps. The front of the shirt is all snaps instead of buttons making it less time consuming to get into and take off. I bought 3 shirts and I am glad I did.

I love these shirts. I bought a bunch in several colors in both short sleeve and long sleeve. They are great. One word of caution, the white is a bit transparent and you have to be careful of your bra color. Even my beige bra shows a bit. Not an issue with any of the other colors that I purchased.

He picked out 2 and wore them during our vacation at the beach last week. My husband liked the fit and wore them at the pool and out during the day.
