Really love the neckline on the Tech Lite II( still gives coverage on the pottery wheel, but far more flattering and comfortable a fit than the higher crew necks on the other tees). Length gives great coverage, also- just right without reveal. I am more often a small than a medium, but was a solid medium here- the usual bit of shrink of wool during washing was just enough to make it a perfect fit. The price is higher than cotton tees, obviously, but they are well made, a treat to wear, and seem to last, so I purchase a couple now and then and replenish as needed. Body style is lovely, some shape but still loose enough for comfort and a more flattering `` fit. These are by far my favorite synthetic hiking shirts. So lightweight and breathable, beautiful colors, perfect fit, super comfortable, dries fast and wicks sweat. The raglan sleeves mean no seams for backpack straps to rub and cause irritation. A slightly higher UPF rating would be nice, but would also make the fabric heavier, so I understand the trade- off there. The smooth texture works well when layering too.

I have the Abisko wool shirt in the long and short sleeve models. When I had a bad fall in Argentina and broke my arm, I had on the long sleeve version. The arm was badly damaged, but the shirt still looks great. I look forward to wearing it when I get my arm out of the cast. Now I can wear only the ones with short sleeves and REALLY wish they came in other colors.

I like that it stretches, I like the buttons( I 'm not into snaps, too many wardrobe malfunctions), I like that it reaches my wrists( I have a 5' 7 '' wingspan), and I like that I feel good wearing it. The fabric is really high quality and I find very flattering for my shape. Also, it's really a nice shirt so you can wear it indoors for other occasions. This shirt is great for layering or wearing in summer temperatures to help avoid stink. The fabric is on the delicate side so not for bashing through the undergrowth where you would snag it. I like this shirt for summer travels. It packs well, shakes out wrinkles, and dries in a reasonable time. Beginners or experts will appreciate this shirt. I like this shirt better than 100% wool in the summer time.

I absolutely adore the fit of this shirt, the Passion color is so vibrant in person! If you have a longer torso, I would recommend sizing up. I have a shorter torso, and the size S fits like a glove. This shirt is going to be a staple for me this spring and summer. I 'm excited to take it biking, hiking, trail running, and wear it as a stylish piece. The Passion color added a fun pop to my wardrobe. Merino and Tencel fabric have truly won my trust in warm weather!!

[ I bought three of these last month for the hot summer months in Southern Utah. The fabric is light weight, cool and soft. I also love the Eddie Bauer shirts but this fabric is just as cool for hot weather, but softer.

[ I have three of these shirts( 2 smalls& 1 medium) and they are excellent for sun coverage. The fabric is light weight and dries quickly. For reference, I weigh 123 and wear an 8- 10 or sm- medium in a shirt. This shirt runs a little large. The small fits best although the medium is not overly large. This is not a fitted style shirt. The pocket at the hip fits an ID and the chest pocket would fit a smaller phone but it does n't fit my iphone X.

I gave this shirt to my wife as a gift. She has worn it on numerous hikes in the Rocky Mountains over the last few months and has often commented on how comfortable it is. She says it ’s breathes well and dries quickly after washing. She says she like to get a couple more in different colours!
