[ The Nike Swift Women's Repel Packable Running Jacket comes out of the package sleek and ready to go. The sleeves are roomy enough to slide on without fighting a watch band and fall just past my wrists. A comfortable elastic sits around your wrist and does a pretty good job of keeping the sleeves in place while not feeling tight. The fabric of this jacket is soft to the touch and extremely light, providing a comfortable wearing experience that does n't weigh you down. Even though the fabric feels delicate, it proved itself perfectly balanced-- able to keep me comfortable in the winter chill at the start of my workout and manage to not leave me overheated at the end. The jacket fit like a glove, yet I still felt like I had plenty of room to move without anything riding up or feeling too tight. There was enough room to be able to wear anything from long sleeve to just a sports bra without issue. The hem is asymmetrical, going from shorter in the front to a slightly longer back hem line. I loved this because it still allowed use of a running belt while keeping my lower back more comfortably covered. And did I mention the hood? Light, but providing full coverage so this jacket can demonstrate the full force of its water repellant ability. The hood was my favorite feature. I feel like hoods often do n't cover enough or stay on well enough as you move. This one had no issues with that. Oh, and the front pockets zip, so you do n't have to worry about anything flying out while you 're moving. There's a lot to love in this jacket, and it even includes a whistle tucked into the lapel that you can use when you 're running alone or need to call out to your running buddy. I do n't have any complaints, but if I had to change one thing, I would lengthen the sleeves and add thumb holes. I did feel like the elastic kept the sleeves down pretty well, but thumb holes are just that extra security I love when I run. Overall, this jacket fit great, looked excellent, felt comfortable, and kept me covered and at an ideal temperature from the start of my run to the end.

I prefer light colors for visibility in stormy conditions, so I got the white/tan one. The internal drawstring at the waist is flattering. The hood WILL NOT blow down in wind. I enjoy this jacket a lot. It's been raining a lot in my city and I am happy that this prevents any water from getting to my inside layers and also blocks the wind. I normally get a size M for comfort and I like baggier fits. I am 5' 5 '' and usually a 28 '' waist. I think the M fits well around the waist but the location of the pockets feels a bit low for me. Maybe a small size would have been more flattering. Overall, I am happy with it!

[ Im a size 4/6 and 5 foot 2 and the small fits well. The sleeves do have extra room so you could easily wear extra layers under this. I bought this for future travel to England. It is a blend of sporty with some style. It ’s not as fancy or tailored as a traditional trench but the waterproof fabric is much more practical. I would call this more of a stylish rain jacket.

It is beautiful in person and it gives both fashionable and functional. I love the buttons on this coat and the bungee inside gives you more of a fitted look. You can easily dress this trench coat up or down. I ’ m planning on wearing this during my Alaska trip to layer on top during those wet rainy days. It seems very well insulated and breathable. I would suggest sizing down from your normal size. It already gives a bit of an oversized fit. i use the Helium Rain Jacket in addition to a 700 fill goosedown esp. when i ride out into wilderness. while it will not protect against sheer downpours, it will if you 're under a tree! plus, in conjunction with the puffer i stay super warm and dry while packing small and light. imperative on a horse!

I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. This brand is new to me, but I 'm now excited to see what else they got cookin'.

[ The canopy jacket is a perfect spring layer. Right out of the box, I really liked the feel of the jacket and it looked flattering when I put it on. I am typically a small and even though I am in my 3rd trimester, I was surprised to find that the jacket still fit due to elasticity in the material. It will be perfect when I get back to my typical size. The two zipping pockets are great to keep my keys secure on a run and big enough for a phone if I am wearing it more casually. The material also did a great job keeping me dry in a slight rain. I do n't believe the jacket is completely water- proof, but it is certainly water resistant, which I would n't have expected with how soft and non- plasticy the material feels. The trade off with jackets that keep water out is that they are not the most breathable, but the canopy jacket seems to have found a nice balance between the two. The vent in the back helped to let some of my body heat escape so that I did n't feel like I was trapped with heat and sweat. Overall, this is a piece that I will come back to often.

Bought this for my high school daughter playing in the state championships. Weather was awful but she said the jacket was great. Broke the wind and kept her dry while putting no limitations on her swing.

I almost always wear an XS in Columbia jackets, however, I ended up exchanging the XS for a Small to gain a little extra length as it was just a little too cropped for me. [ This just arrived yesterday so I haven ’ t worn it in the rain yet but it ’s a great jacket. Looks good and well made. My only complaint is the bright red sticker on the wrist, it totally detracts from the clean look of the jacket but there is no way to remove it. Great jacket. Bought it to replace a similar Columbia OutDry that lost the hood tie. Love the style of this one except the ridiculous Columbia logo on the center of the back. There are logos on the chest and sleeve. Why put it in the center of the back? Looks ridiculous. Returned.

I am absolutely in LOVE with the color and warmth of this jacket! Just finished a Utah 10K wearing it, the weather started at 35 degrees with partial Sun and wind, and ended at 41 degrees. I wore this jacket with just a t shirt underneath, and stayed at the perfect temp the entire run!!! Omg I need more of these babies! I loved that I could fold up the hood, and all of the pockets. My last favorite detail is the hidden red buttons, as they are so cute and such a small but fun pop of color that can be hidden:)

The fit is amazing! I had to exchange the size and it was worth the wait. Living in Washington state the weather is starting to look amazing. The jacket is very light weight and layering is not a problem. This jacket will be used for both my races coming up Beat the Bridge and Rocking Roll half marathon!

I REALLY like this jacket. The material is so light for a rain jacket/wind breaker. I wouldn ’ t recommend it in heavy rain, but lighter rain yes. But it packs down so small it ’s easy to stick in your vest or just wear with the backpack straps on it so it ’s there if any wind or storms pop up.

My daughter and I both used this jacket in a 50 mile race in Montana. Thunder storms in the morning, rain and hail in the afternoon. Not waterproof but kept you warm enough in bad conditions. [ I have a few rocklin full zip fleeces that I had bought a few years ago, and I have worn them quite a bit. So, when I saw the Black Friday sale I decided it was time for some new ones. This is a different fleece jacket altogether, and actually I like it better. The contrast trim is very attractive, and the new Rocklin is a heavier weigh. For anyone who has the older rocklin fleece jacket this one is sized larger. I initially bought a size small, and that one is big enough to be an outer jacket in warmer weather. The x- small is now the right size for me to use as a mid layer.
