The material feels excellent. It ’s soft, stretches with you and is very breathable. I ’ m 6 ’ 5( 195cm) 240lbs( 108kg) I usually wear a XXL for most tops. When I was in store trying it on all that was available was an XL and it fit really well. The buttons have a satisfying mechanical click, and the zippered pocked is dual purpose both acting as a wallet storage/pop socket storage and the second purpose being ventilation. The pocket ’s equipped with a mesh which I think is what helps it be the shirt of the summer. I went ahead and still opted for a XXL and would have felt comfortable in an XL no problem. I ’ d like to see more colors, a long sleeve version and perhaps a long sleeve padded version for the winter. The problem I ’ d say is when you buy one color, you want to buy the other color, which I did. I ’ d recommend this shirt if you ’ re on the fence.

I have the Abisko wool shirt in the long and short sleeve models. When I had a bad fall in Argentina and broke my arm, I had on the long sleeve version. The arm was badly damaged, but the shirt still looks great. I look forward to wearing it when I get my arm out of the cast. Now I can wear only the ones with short sleeves and REALLY wish they came in other colors.

If I had to pick a gripe with the shirt it ’s that it doesn ’ t have 100% full mobility when completely lifting your arms out and above your head, but I also know that ’s not what this shirt is intended for. Periodically check to see if Fjallraven has released a light sky blue, which to me would be the best color… please make one Fjallraven! I ’ d buy two;)

[ Recently returned from an extremely hot and humid vacation in Key West. Temps in the 90's. Dewpoint 75 or higher every day. Heat index of 110. I brought 2 of these Echo T- Shirts with me and lived in them. Very light and breathable and the only tops I had that did not stick to my hot and sweaty body. They wicked well and offer SPF protection. How this is accomplished in such lightweight material is a mystery to me. And no... they are not see- through like so many other lightweight options. I 'm a big fan of the modest v- neck these shirts have. I do wish they were and in or two shorter, but that's my personal preference. I highly recommend the Echo T- Shirt and the Echo Sun Hoody. Fantastic all around.

The large measures 22 inches across the chest from bottom of sleeve seam, and 23 inches length from shoulder at collar seam to hem. Perfect length for me and I wo n't have to tuck it in but it is n't an unflattering cropped style.

The Freewheel Short Sleeve Jersey is more like a daily driver shirt over a traditional jersey. You can wear it daily for day to day tasks then hit the trail after work. The material is similar to other Outdoor Research shirts in the 2024 clothing catalog. I took the shirt for weekly rides on local trail heads in MD in spring and on the Santos Trails in FL on a work trip. The stretch is nice when you catch a sticker bush and length is nice if you have a long torso. The only con in my opinion is that a bring color would be nice for hunting seasons. I currently have the blue shirt and it looks good.

Bought this jersey at the Sea Otter Classic Expo, and wore it on the mountain bike tour. Loved the extra length in the back and the way the seam design at the shoulders and the stretch fabric gave me freedom of movement on the bike all day. Finally got the chance to ride in this. Breathable and is a nice fabric. I do n't see a huge difference between riding in this versus any tech fabric shirt though. It also feels big. I think a snugger fit would help as I worry about snagging it on branches.

[ Crazy lightweight tee perfect for hot days on the trail. I now own several of these. The first two were bought in size medium but they ’ re little tight fitting so I bought a couple more in size large. I ’ m 5 ’ 9 ” 180 lbs with really broad shoulders. Only wish is that they would remove the logo from the front of the shirt to make it look less like a workout tee so I can wear it out on the town.

I bought a couple of these for running and hiking in the humid SE summer. They have performed perfectly for that purpose and are great when paired with the super comfy Astro Shorts. I also wear a couple of Patagonia Capilene Lightweight short sleeve shirts, and I would put the Echo up against the Capilene; they are very similar in terms of fit, performance and weight. The Echo comes just a tad further below my waist line than the Capilene. Fit is great. I am 5'10 '' 165 and the medium is perfect.

It feels like it might snag or something but that could just be the nature of it. It's delightfully airy and cut pretty nice for a youthful and playful dresser. Merino clothes are so good, and it's getting a lot of wear. I 'm 5' 4 '' maybe like 130 lbs. I find it highly flattering. Seemed to wash well but of course I did delicate and no dryer. Would be careful what I washed with. Ideally a bag for laundering seems smart.

I am a sun lover but have noticed I need a lightweight LS tee when playing all day( 8+ hours) I. The sun and this tee is PERFECTION!!! [ On a whim, I picked up a Canyon SS prior to hiking into Havasu Falls on the Havasupai reservation. We hiked into the falls in early July, with daily average temperatures in the low triple digits. I found this shirt to be extremely comfortable, fast- drying, and quick to vent off excess heat. With a large pack on my back for the 12- mile hike, even with the Arizona sun bearing down on us, I never felt uncomfortably warm or overly soaked in sweat. The shirt managed to wick away and evaporate off the moisture at a steady, appreciated rate. Upon reaching the falls, I gave the shirt a quick rinse off in the creek and after half an hour of hang drying, the shirt was ready to be put through its paces once more. Seriously, as far as the intended function of this shirt is concerned, it performed beautifully. Plus, I find both the fit and appearance of the shirt to be really nice. I 've since placed an order for additional shirts. I really dig 'em. For the reviewer who found the shirt to hang onto odors, I did n't have that issue at all, and I used just the one Canyon shirt for the three days we spent at Havasu. And, I was with people who would have quickly pointed out that I stank. No problems with odor control.
