Great design. This is a perfect shirt- jac to wear over a hoodie, probably the best I have come across. It is a lighter weight denim, so allows flexibility and movement with the hoodie. The size is perfect for it, so this is probably too roomy if you do n't wear it over something. Ca n't have it both ways. The denim is a classic indigo blue, and the interior chest pocket is handy. The sleeve lining is smart being nylon makes it easy to put on and off. My only complaint is that the interior fleece is styled to look like the old blanket lining. Boy do I miss that original Carhartt blanket lining, might have been a little scratchy but was far more durable than fleece will ever be. I 'd expect this fleece lightweight lining to sag in the years ahead, but it is too soon to tell. There are n't many clothes that hold up like Carhartt so I 'm optimistic!

I bought 2 more as soon as the first one was buttoned up. Heads up; line dry ONLY. I lost one to the dryer, and thus it's the girlfriend's favorite shirt now.

[ I have been searching around for quite a while for a quilted shirt jacket, but which fell closer to shirt side of the spectrum. I am super happy with the Tentree Colville. It doesn ’ t pill like some other shirts I tried and returned, it provides some warm, and is a great cut. True to size, and has a flattering cut for my athletic body shape. Snaps take some effort to close, but makes for a secure closure. My only complaint is that the forearms are a little tight for my climber forearms, but this is a common problem for me. Otherwise very happy with the purchase!
