These pants are awesome for winter outdoor and athletic activities. They are lined and windproof, so you can wear them when it is pretty cool to cold and your legs stay warm. I have used them for golf, outdoor exercise and just outdoor chores around the house. The extra cargo pockets on the legs are great to put your phone in and they snap so your items are secure, but still easily accessible. The regular pockets all have zippers, so again, everything you put in them stays secure no matter what you are doing.

The tapered leg and ankle cuff keep the pants safely out of the bike chain. They dry fast, are stretchy and have zippered pockets. I bought a size medium and small to compare. I sized down in these based on reviews. I usually wear a MD pant with Free Fly, but I am glad I sized down. They are `` fitted '' by sizing down, but no uncomfortably. Does not pull with sitting and I can tell they are already relaxing with wear, so I am happy I did size down. I think a MD would end up looking a bit looser than I would like with thise style of pant. I love the Canyon Clay color and the cotton is so soft and comfortable. Another great product from Free Fly!

The pants run a little long( since they are n't sized by inches) but you can easily roll them up or hem them permanently. [ I found these pants to be amazing while I was out skateboarding. They somehow managed to always feel cool, even when the rest of me was hot, and at no point did I feel a damp spot from sweat. I worried at first that they were going to be restrictive while skating, but they had a good amount of stretch to them, and the pants stayed firmly on my hips, even with all the leg movement. Fashion wise again I was quite surprised. The little fake zipper flap area around the crotch was enough to make it look like I was n't just wearing sweats out of the house. I am surprised that a little thing like that could make such a difference. Design wise I would no change anything. They drawstring is well hidden inside, the material both looks and feels comfortable and stylish without looking tacky. The taper down the leg led to a snug fit around my ankles, which allowed me to showcase my shoes while wearing and skateboarding in them, which is highly important to me since I take great pride in my show collection and do n't like when they become hidden by pants.

Honestly some of the best pants I have owned! The fabric is so soft, comfortable and flexible. I have worn these pants to work as a teacher as well as on the golf course. The material is thick enough to keep warm in the cold but not overheat when it ’s hot. Excellent stretch in the material while still maintaining its look.

I have never been disappointed by this brand and these pants are probably my favorite so far. The material is top of the line. The fit is also exactly how I would want a pant to fit. Used to buy Fruit of Loom but they downsized to less quality material and very low quality elastics. Russel Athletics has very poor seam sewing. DSG is excellent quality, superb elastics and a tru fit. I weigh in at about 220 and 5' 7 '' and the XL fit perfectly. The inseam a bit long but mine is 29- I 'll live it with it all day long. Extremely confortable.
