I have bought three bikes, weightlifting equipment, and now a second elliptical from the same person over the last 12 years at the DSG Wellington location. He is Sean Monier from the bike and fitness department. This time I was in a hurry and only needed to call Sean Monier to get his thoughts on the E35 Elliptical. He recommended it, provided specifics on its performance and advised me of the upgrades that were made since I bought the last one from him( 2014). I recently purchased a Sole elliptical, and overall, I am satisfied with its performance. The elliptical is working fine and meets my expectations in terms of functionality and build quality. The smooth operation and various features make it a great addition to my home gym. However, the assembly process proved to be a tedious job. One significant improvement could be made in this area. None of the parts came labeled or marked, which made it challenging to identify them based on the manual. Adding simple markings or names on the components would have saved a considerable amount of time during assembly. Despite the minor inconvenience during setup, the elliptical itself is a solid product that delivers on its promises. I hope that Sole considers implementing user- friendly assembly practices in the future, enhancing the overall customer experience.

I use my elliptical every single day except Saturday. It causes for a great workout, a little time to myself in my home gym, and it's such a refreshing feeling when I 'm done. I have had this machine for a few weeks and I like how I can use this elliptical to get my cardio work out as well as engaging my other muscle groups. The IFIT program is especially helpful when I need a more guided workout that I can easily follow along with. The Nordic Track has other nice features such as a built in fan and a large screen to name a few of them. I would recommend this machine to anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals. As a 59 year old lifelong runner who loves to run outdoors on the trails I never thought I would say I enjoy stationary indoor exercise. But the FS14i combined with iFit has been quite enjoyable. I recently had major back surgery and this machine has been critical in my rehab. The design keeps me upright, there's zero impact on my joints, and I can maintain a stable core without twisting while going at a moderate intensity. The Trainers on iFit are entertaining and the locations are so interesting and beautiful an hour goes by in a snap. I like it so much that even when I return to the trails I will keep using the FS14i for cross training to preserve my joints for as long as possible.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

MAKE SURE YOU PAY EXTRA FOR ASSEMBLY…schedule the delivery appointment online don ’ t bother calling the#. 3rd party picks it up and delivers, and assembles. Had it for a week, no complaints. I am 6 ’ 6, weigh slightly over 350 which is the max and it ’s still sturdy…that ’s why I got it. There are features on the screen but I haven ’ t used them. Writing this review because the delivery communication or process was a little confusing.

I really like the adjustable stride on the fly. Machine is very smooth. I belong to a gym, but I prefer to run on my e95s.

I love exercising on this Eliptical. Easy on my joints. I can do a light workout or a cardio workout. The Sunnyfit trainers have several workouts on the app that are amazing. I waited to do this review to see if I have any issues. The only thing that comes to mind is it does n't like going in reverse like my Orbitrek did.

I ’ ve used this 2x since purchasing/setting up, and so far no issues! I ’ m a middle aged woman- who isn ’ t too handy- but set this up without the help of my husband. I did have to go online to watch a video for 1 particular step I didn ’ t quite understand. Other than that, the instructions provided with the machine are sufficient and fairly easy to follow, and without breaks, it took just over 2 hours to set up. The machine( so far) is basically silent while in use, a real plus so I don ’ t have to blast the music or tv unnecessarily. I have yet to utilize any of the workout programs in the SunnyFit app, but I have found a few that are of interest to me for the future. I appreciate that the machine is a few inches shorter in length than my last elliptical, so it does take up less space. The computer panel is fairly simplified and easy to use. Again, I have only used it a couple times since receiving it, but I am already very satisfied with my purchase.

I was skeptical because of the price. But this was easy to put together, shipped fast, in good protective packaging. Once assembled, it is VERY quiet during use and has a great stride length. The adjustments are noticable and the monitor reads well for interactive tracking. I am impressed and very happy with this home gym investment.
