[ I saw this online and did n't think much of it. Saw it in- store and my jaw dropped. The color is absolutely GORGEOUS and the fit is so dang cute! I 'm usually an XS/S and that size was way too small( I 'm 5' 5 '' but I have longer arms and that size did n't even reach my wrists). Sized up to a M and it's perfectly oversized enough to fit sweaters and the perfect length for my arms. It's expensive but WORTH IT. The weight is perfect for the fall/winter season here in Austin, TX!

Halfdays really delivered with the amount of pockets in this jacket! It's comfortable and surprisingly light weight while still being warm enough for spring hiking. The fabric seems very durable and( fingers crossed) has n't stained. It does run big, but I liked the look so I stuck with my normal size. As long as you do n't have a broad back, you could definitely size down.

This is my first jacket from Prana. Loved the field coat look, utilitarian but also nice touches with the side zips. Makes for an easy, casual look and the quilting is such a cute detail. It's slightly oversized, so order your regular size or even one size down if you like your jackets fitted. Probably going to order the vest version as well!

I really like this jacket but it runs very large. I typically wear a medium in jackets( even though this is my first Prana jacket), but I ended up having to return the medium for a small, and that one was too big as well, so I had to return it for an XS. The XS is still a little big but it will work and is comfortable. For reference I am 5 ’ 8 ”, 135 lbs.

Cotton, not really waxed. Contrast of tobacco matte and dark corduroy color is beautiful. Lining is the best color and goes with so much of the wine berry fall colors. It ’s casual, but looks elegant with some structure and collar, and button only- no zipper. My favorite feature is the pockets. They ’ re stylish but also has hand warmer pockets. I tried on SO MANY coats including Barbour before somewhat halfheartedly ordering this. I liked it so much I couldn ’ t return it! I wear ir all the time from work to weekend with sneakers to brown suede boots. All that said, it ’s not the most versatile, it ’s a two season coat where I live- early fall mid spring temps in dry weather. For the price one can get a capable coat. This is an accessory, so if you ’ re looking for that, it ’s a good option.
