I have used these gloves for lifting whites with dumbbells and barbells while also using them to help protect my hands for pull- ups and extended minutes on the rowing machine. They provide good support and padding without being too bulky. I like the smaller size of the gloves. Got a size large and it fits perfectly without being too tight.

Wow these are really great for a few reasons. There is a lot of padding where it should be on your hands and fingers. Nice quality leather on the palms and stretchy nylon on the back. The only thing is these do run small, size up one size.

These gloves were given to my wife who is an avid bicycle rider. They are very comfortable, and the padding, while not meant for bike riding, makes the bike riding experience even better. They will definitely help mitigate potential blisters and callouses resulting from lifting weights or bike riding and we would recommend them to anyone looking to do either of those activities. The open finger- holes is also good for these highly strenuous activities as the gloves will protect while also keeping your hands cool and limiting the amount of sweat that will be generated. We ordered size medium for a 5' 4 '' woman weighing approximately 135- 140 lbs and they fit very well. Overall seem to be good quality.

My workouts have evolved into heavier weights and I realized I needed workout gloves. I tried other brands, but they had seams in the top of my palm that I know would hurt my grip. However, these Bionic Women's BeastMode Gloves gloves fit well, with padding where it was needed, but not so much that it effects my feel. They also offered a smooth grip without seams. And they look good!

Im into powerlifting/strength training and these are amazing. Great cushioning throughout the palm area. Most gloves out there use very cheap material and do n't serve any purpose. These are great quality. For me, totally worth the money.
