Also like the fit, though I do wish there was a “ tailored ” style with the waist tapered more. I have an upside down triangle shape, and while this does fit better than some, there ’s definitely a lot of material around the midsection that I don ’ t need. Takes away from my body shape. This is a great shirt. I 've already gotten compliments on the color. I love the boxy, shorter style as most things are frequently long on me. Has some pretty convenient features even if you 're not purchasing it as fishing attire. It has a loop on bottom of left- hand pocket to hang whatever from, and the logo tab actually opens so you can also use it to hold something. I also like the velcro closure on top left pocket to secure an i. d. pass or some other card. I was n't sure about the snap closure at first but it's working out great. I think I 'll be wearing this a lot!!!

[ This is the second time I have purchased these shorts. I finally wore out the first pair which I purchased 2 years ago. I know the shorts are designed for fishing and ocean- related stuff. Yes, I use them for everyday wear as well as for the sport I play which is Lawn Bowls. The side pocket is great for holding everything from my lip balm to my measure for bowls. The only thing I find that is not so good is the stitching along the bottom of front pockets had to be resewn as this just does n't seem to hold. Other than that This is a great pair of shorts.

I have several of these great shirts by Columbia and wear them most days, all year long. They are made large so I wear a medium despite being 6' tall and 190 lb. I am a staunch supporter of Columbia Sportswear for the Tamiami and Super Tamiami Long Sleeve Shirts. I love how light they are. They are so light- I no longer wear cotton T Shirts in summer. It's a short sleeve shirt( roll uo loops) It's a functional fishing shirt- quick drying- lots of pockets. It's a great summer shirt because its sooo light and quick drying. It can go from a hike/ walk to market. It's an excellent traveling shirt- wrinkle resistant and quick drying. I have actually gone swimming and thrown the shirt on without towel drying and the shirt dries amazingly fast. And to those who think this shirt is too expensive- This shirt is like kevlar- indestructible. I have nearly 20 shirts( I had a weight loss and had to drop a size)- and not one has made it to the rag pile. The only casualty was a spark from the s'mores fire melted a hole. They still look great. I ca n't remember my first, but it's at least 8 years. Worth every penny.
