Surprisingly quick to dry, mesh liner does take a bit longer. But i pull the pockets out and it's worth it for having the storage and not letting the hotdog roll off the grill, while still making my buns look good. Buy one if you like my grill joke. The only thing I find that is not so good is the stitching along the bottom of front pockets had to be resewn as this just does n't seem to hold. Other than that This is a great pair of shorts.
