[ I have worn this pair and another pair bought last year for my days at the beach. Perfect for lounging in, walking the pier or hanging on the dock while quickly being able to fish or jump in the water. Great versatile and stylish option for everyone who loves to be near, on, or in the water! So well made!!!!

[ I purchased these super backcast shorts in navy gingham for my teenage son. He has gotten so many compliments on them and he loves them. They are great quality and perfect to wear all summer especially if you are in and out of the pool- they dry super quick. These super backcast shorts are just a little bit shorter than the regular backcast shorts, and the fit is great. Would highly recommend!

[ Got these shorts in a 6 inch inseam( 1/2 foot). I think the color's not posted here because I bought it at an outlet. They 're great for someone looking for a stylish swim trunk above the knee with all day wear. Two hand pockets, a back zipping pocket( v. necessary), and a side utility pocket hit all function points. Plus the drawstring is killer, never comes untied. Surprisingly quick to dry, mesh liner does take a bit longer. But i pull the pockets out and it's worth it for having the storage and not letting the hotdog roll off the grill, while still making my buns look good. Buy one if you like my grill joke. Buy two if you swim everyday. Buy three if you do the backstroke. Buy four if you just like to have too many of anything. If you 're buying five, I want commission.

[ These shorts are truly epic. The waist fit is perfect, with enough flex to feel like I could be a stunt man for Jackie Chan. The length is also great, short enough to let my thighs get some sun while still long enough to prevent a charge for indecent exposure. I actually own three pairs of these shorts in three different patterns to fit any occasion. The pattern says, `` hey, I take being on the water seriously, but I 'm still here to party. '' To be honest, I even played a round of golf in these bad boys. Best round I 've ever had.

Frequently Asked Questions For Canoeing Shorts

When selecting canoeing shorts, consider features such as quick-drying materials, water resistance, and breathability. Look for shorts with a comfortable fit that allows for ease of movement, as well as pockets for storing small essentials. Additionally, UV protection can be beneficial for long days on the water.

Canoeing shorts are typically made from synthetic materials like nylon or polyester, which offer quick-drying capabilities and durability. These materials are lightweight and often treated for water resistance, making them ideal for wet conditions. Some shorts may also include spandex for added stretch and comfort during movement.

The length of canoeing shorts can vary based on personal preference, but options typically range from mid-thigh to just above the knee. Shorter lengths provide greater freedom of movement, while longer styles may offer additional coverage and sun protection. Ultimately, the best length is one that balances comfort and functionality for your canoeing activities.

While you can use regular shorts for canoeing, specialized canoeing shorts are designed with features that enhance performance on the water. These may include quick-drying fabrics, water resistance, and a fit that allows for greater mobility. Using dedicated canoeing shorts can improve your overall comfort and experience during your time on the water.

Canoeing shorts come in various styles, including cargo shorts with multiple pockets, streamlined athletic cuts for better movement, and board short designs that offer a casual look. Each style serves different preferences and activities, so consider what features are most important for your canoeing experience when choosing a style.

Yes, seasonal considerations can influence your choice of canoeing shorts. In warmer months, lightweight and breathable fabrics are ideal for comfort and moisture management. In cooler weather, you might want to look for shorts that can be layered with leggings or thermal wear for added warmth while still allowing for mobility on the water.
