I recently purchased a pair of ferrosi shorts, 7 '' length. I 'm 5' 4 and I think the length is great. They are come to a couple of inches above my knee( long enough that there is no inner thigh chaffing) and the shorts are n't too tight in the leg opening( I 'm more curvy vs slim in the thigh). I have n't had a chance to use them heavily yet- will update if I see the need, but expect that they will be great based on what I 've seen so far.

I recently purchased this set in navy blue and am honestly so in love with it. The shorts have a real quality feel to them and aren ’ t too short looking while wearing them out( which is usually an issue for me). They ’ re decently stretchy, I would suggest maybe sizing down if you ’ re on the more petite side- I know for me, I ordered the small and can live with the little bit of room in the waist, but I know that some prefer a shapewear like fit for these types of sets. Overall, it ’s a great little fit and I kind of wish I got it in other colours lol. The regret is real.

[ So far, really impressed with Nike ACG! Their line has some very well- designed and functional pieces for all kinds of outdoorsy activities. I ordered these for my brother. Some initial impressions:- They really weren ’ t kidding about the pockets! So many of them( hidden, zipped, small, large, front, back, you name it!). I ’ m not share how secure some pockets are, but in general, very convenient.- The material is very lightweight but sturdy. There ’s a mesh inner layer underneath as well, which looks very breathable and comfy.- The shorts are super adjustable! I accidentally got a large for my brother, but we were able to make it work because of the elastic waist and drawstrings.- The shirts have some loops meant for hiking poles( so cool?!). I bet you could also add a carabiner or something.- I really liked the neutral color scheme. The top of the shorts is gray and has an interesting plaid print.- They are a little pricier than what I ’ m used to, but given the unique features, I think this might be worth it for an avid hiker or if they ’ re on sale. It ’s too chilly to wear these out now, but I ’ m sure they ’ ll be perfect for indoor use or for hikes in warmer weather!

[ I really like the feel of the shorts. When wearing these shorts to play basketball, I loved how they are very lightweight. The fabric provided me with a breathable and moisture- wicking feel that was very comfortable. The shorts were a bit snug when I first put them on but when playing basketball, they were very flexible. The waistband was flexible on my body and didn ’ t dig in my thighs while running. The style of the shorts provided me with ample amounts of space to place my keys and my phone. I also like the inner- lined of the shorts that provide me with support. The amount of space to store things was one of my favorite parts of these shorts, including the loops to latch things onto them. One thing I would change about these shorts would be the fitting of the shorts once I first put them on. The shorts are comfortable but for someone with thicker thighs, the internal lining could cut into the thigh. I would get a size bigger just for my thighs.

I 'm a muscular thigh guy at 5' 8 '' and 165lbs and the 31 '' fits great, very streamlined straight leg fit. I love this version of the Ferrosi shorts. I have spent far too much time and money trying to find shorts that met my expectations. These are durable, fit well, and are made of material that is light and stretchy. I do n't overheat in these and they do n't seem to constrict my movement. My only request would be for rear pockets and maybe another belt loop or two, but I understand why the pockets were left off this version as well. Overall, these are great quality shorts. I own several pair in different colors and they are always the first shorts I reach for when I have a choice.

I love TNF wander shorts. A few summers ago they came out with two pocket version which were awesome. These are perfect for hiking, working out, and kayaking( super quick dry) or any outdoor pursuits. These are linerless which I prefer and feel comfortable. [ I own several Stretch Zion 10 in shorts and try to pick more up whenever there is a great deal. This is one of those rare clothing items that seems perfect in every way and someday I am sure I will be complaining to someone who does not care that they no longer make my favorite shorts. They are comfortable, have just the right number of pockets, and look great. They also have been very durable for me. I have worn them for work, hiking, camping, and more. I normally wear a 29 or 30 inch waist, but do a 28 in these as the stretch material comfortable accommodates me without feeling restrictive. I love that they do have a cinch strap, though, which can be used in place of a belt for a snug fit.

[ I 've worn Prana Stretch Zion Shorts( and pants) for several years and they are now the only shorts in my wardrobe. You 'll never need a different type of shorts- Stretch Zions are durable, good- looking, very comfortable and mobile, they fit incredibly with the adjustable waist strap, they have an enormous carrying capacity( you can carry whole water bottles in the pockets) and they 're even somewhat hydrophobic to protect against the occasional spill! [ I have been wearing Stretch Zion shorts for at least 16 years and this latest version has up as well as the rest. They look nice enough to teach in, durable and breathable enough to bike/climb/hike in, and move well enough to workout in. I prefer the traditional cargo pocket on both legs but one is better than none.
