I like Gulp because they are always in my box and I do n't waste an hour getting live bait. When fish are biting they are actually better than live shrimp because they stay on the hook longer and are not bitten off. You can also cast them further without them flying off like live shrimp often do. But honistly they are not quite as good as live shrimp when the bite is off, when the fishing is slow. Which ever way you rig it for steelhead it 'll produce fish. Berkley dose n't have a have wide color range for this product so a small tip. Bring some dye pens and dye them after you rig it so it does n't bleed into your other worms in the pack.
