Had been looking for affordable adjustable dumbbels for years, and finally came across these ones. Excellent quality, only inconvenient compared to the competitors is the few minutes you spend setting up the weights between each set/exercise. You can buy extensions/heavier plates at the store. I 'd recommend buying gloves to protect your hands from the coarse grip.

Got them for ten bucks less at the store. The rubber rings on the screw locks and the bar stop the plates from moving, and does n't chip them. The grip is very comfortable as well.

I have it hanging on my office door 24/7 and whenever I need a break, I just take 5- 10 min and go after it on this thing. Best Feature: the swivel motion you can do. I never have to let go of the handles to readjust the straps because it swivels! Best office gym ever!
