White Mountains 21°F with 5- 10mph winds these gloves worked well as long as you keep active. My fingers were cool but not freezing cold( without liner gloves). My hands did not sweat like in normal gloves. People expecting toasty warm fingers might want to pair these gloves with a thin liner glove. These gloves are thicker than a liner glove but thin and light enough to fit in your jacket pocket. Sizing is perfect. In most gloves a Med is tight but fits perfectly and a Large leaves extra room in the finger tips. These gloves in Med fit almost perfect and leave room for a light weight liner glove.

[ These gloves fit perfectly- they are snug, but not too tight so it feels like the perfect outer layer for my hands while still allowing me to move my fingers freely. The thumb and index finger have the media tactile ability which is surprisingly good. It would be difficult to imagine going back to a pair of gloves that do not have these abilities- it feels quite advanced and incredible convenient( as though I 'm touching my phone screen with my actual fingers). The color is subtle and was fashionable enough to be worn with any color or outfit. What I liked the most was the wrist cuff, it was n't tight but felt secure. Doing astrophotography in Arches in 21 degree weather taught me that I 'll need to add another layer and use hand warmers with these. They were fine while the blood was pumping, but when it came to waiting around, my fingers got numb. They would be perfectly fine for anything above 32 degrees.
