These are super comfy and soft, thin enough to stay agile for tying knots or any other campsite tasks, but cozy enough to stay warm. I do n't think I would trust these to last super long on the trail using trekking poles all day, but that's not what these are for. They 're more like glove liners or campsite gloves than proper technical gloves. But for the price, fit, comfort and style, you ca n't beat them. They are durable, warm and comfortable. They probably run a bit on the small side- I ordered a large, which is usually a bit big for my hands, but these fit perfectly- probably due to the insulation. I was working outside with them this past weekend in single digit weather and snow, and they did the job. The cuff is good for keeping warmth in and snow/moisture out. I recommend them.
