The pockets were large enough to easily hold my phone and did not affect my running or jogging. [ I go to crossfit and the only type of bottoms I wear are shorts, and these shorts are perfect for the type of activity I do. I am 5 ’ 4, about 150 pounds, and the size small fits me well. The length is perfect, not too short and not too long and it ’s high waisted, which covers up my belly button. It feels like you have nothing on, in a good way- because of how soft and stretchy it is. The pockets are awesome, fits my iPhone 14 Pro comfortably. Everything is perfect about these shorts but if I could change 1 thing, and this is because of my own personal problem- I wished the front was more tummy controlled. Other than that, these shorts are great, I would definitely get more in different colors. In my opinion, these are way better than the Nike pro sculpt.

Love them! I do cycle, strength, cardio, Zumba and yoga and these work for every fitness class, every move. I do have to adjust them, pull them down the leg or up at the waist here and there, but minimally. I have the sapphire/bright blue, gorgeous color! and this 8- inch version is the perfect length for my 48- yr old muscular legs, and covers the more dimpled parts that appear every day as I “ level up ” in age, that I don ’ t want anyone else seeing. I really love the soft and buttery feel of the InfinaSoft fabric! I bought a second pair immediately after receiving the first because that ’s how much I loved them! More importantly, I love the fact that the thigh area( hems) aren ’ t stitched. My personal opinion is that Nike ’s biker shorts are made for women with slimmer/smaller quads. I have purchased numerous pairs of their biker shorts only to return them because they ’ re just too tight and constricting on my quads. [ I am in love with these leggings! I am a 39yo, 118lb, 5 ft 5 '' female, usually wearing a maximum UK size 8, but often fluctuate with water weight, so Nike sizing of small( 8- 10) always covers all of the ups and downs for me as the XS( 4- 6) is usually too small. I spend at least 4 days a week in the gym, combining cardio( usually running), and resistance training with free weights and machines, so most of life is spent wearing leggings, including in my day to day life as a busy mum. Nike have always been my favourite brand for activewear because the styles, quality and functionality crossing over from activewear to fashionwear are unrivaled, but more recently, my preference for gym leggings is definitely as high waist as possible- this is partly due to my age and evolving preference for everything to be tucked in nowadays, but also because the support and positioning of high waisted leggings is vital for running and the variability in movement during resistance training. These Nike Zenvy leggings tick all of the boxes- they are so incredibly supportive without causing any restriction at all, they stay high and secured above the waist no matter the exercise, they 're a vibrant, striking colour and are beautifully soft and smooth, they 're genuinely like a second skin- you barely feel like you 're wearing them, comfortable, breathable, no tightness or cutting in at all, just streamlining and supporting your body in all the right places. Squats and lunges, running, stretching, the school run, hiking, shopping, whatever you 're doing, these leggings are perfect- they 're not a distraction to your activity and leave you with nothing but body confidence. I would genuinely change nothing about them, but my only concern is how well they wash and stand up to repetitive friction over time, as this super soft material makes me feel it has the potential to bobble very slightly over time, but it has n't happened yet! Off to buy more colours...!

[ The Nike Zeny mid- rise 7/8 leggings give a streamlined look to anyone wanting to be able to move more freely. The Infina soft fabric is lightweight which made them a perfect choice for taking part in a recent Reformer Pilates Class. The Dri- FIT Technology kept me dry during the whole class by reducing the sweat against my skin plus they were extremely comfortable. I would definitely like to see more colours in this design as they smooth the waist aswell as reduce rolling, pinching and sliding. At least 50% of this product is recycled polyester fibres so it made them an even better choice for everyday wear although I would like to see a full length version too!

Not only do these cover both bases but the material is so light, soft and comfy. The two main things for me would be to add more support in the abdominal area and more elastic added at the waist( To help keep the waist in place, because the waist tends to fall. [ I love these shorts! I am early on in my pregnancy but they fit really well and there definitely seems to be room for my belly to grow and still fit into the shorts. The fact that there isn ’ t a seam on the bottom is wonderful! I don ’ t have to worry about that cutting into my thighs when I get farther along and swell some. The lack of a seam on the bottom is one of my top 2 favorite things about the shorts. The material is super soft! The only thing I wish was that there was a little more support in the belly and that the back is not as loose. I know these are “ gentle support '', so that may be why there is very little support in the belly. As for the loose fitting in the upper back, that may go away as my belly gets bigger. Even with those two things, the shorts stay up great and are the shorts I gravitate towards once I get home from work. I will be buying more of these shorts in the future!

[ This product was a perfect work out companion. I opted to go with a medium size bottom. They did seem to run slightly big, but still were able to hold up to my body ’s curvature.
