These are my favorite shorts of all time! I 've tried many styles of shorts, including Nike, Lulu, UA, CRZ Yoga, etc., but it can be difficult to find running shorts that fit well when you have a smaller waist and larger hips/thighs. I love the thick waistband, and find that they hit at just the right height. The multiple layered dolphin hem is flattering and allows for movement. I love these ones specifically because they ’ re form fitting and flattering( they hide the mom pouch!) and they ’ re very comfortable. They ’ re size accurate and come down to a nice length for biker shorts, they ’ re not too short and seem appropriate for most situations especially during the summer since there ’s no pattern/giant logo so you could easily dress them up with a longer dressier shirt or pair with any shirt to go work out. More importantly, I love the fact that the thigh area( hems) aren ’ t stitched. My personal opinion is that Nike ’s biker shorts are made for women with slimmer/smaller quads. I have purchased numerous pairs of their biker shorts only to return them because they ’ re just too tight and constricting on my quads. I love the feel of the material and how they hug the skin without cutting off my circulation. I wear them during outdoor walks and in the gym. In both cases the pockets hold my phone, keys, earbuds, etc. I have fluctuated weight and at each stage I can still wear them comfortably. I have washed and put in the dryer but I would recommend for longevity to air dry only( or lay on top of a dryer). These are the best for extremely active people or for someone who wants to run a few errands.
