After thinking about this purchase carefully, I decided to purchase this jacket while on sale. I do n't think it's worth the full price( the brand name I 'm sure factors into the higher price point), but so far I 've worn it over and over again. It's a little oversized but comfortable and fun for a pop of color.

[ Awesome, purposeful rain jacket. Great fit and colour. Folds into its own small stowaway, which is ideal for backpacking. Exactly what I was looking for and three days after I received it, a thunderstorm rolled in, so I put it on with my Columbia rain pants and Outdry shoes and walked around the neighborhood until it let up( about 25 minutes) and I stayed drop dry. Perfect test run. Aces on everything.

I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.
