Inspire Full Zip Jacket is a great product, love the material, the fit is snug, and well made. It is comfortable and the color and design are great too. It is very form fitting, not much room to move around in but its a great lightweight jacket. I am going to purchase a larger size to use for running as I will use it for layering to keep warm. Otherwise, this is a great jacket to keep in the car in case you need a lightweight stylish jacket for the store or restaurant etc. It has large pockets, full zipper, but no hoodie. Its is warm but not overly heavy, good for mild temperature change or cool environment. Has thumb holes to assist with the fit to cover your hands if needed for warmth as well. Like this feature too, the holes are not overtly visible on the jacket if you are n't using them. Making it additionally stylish. Love CALIA products, buy them all the time. You wont go wrong buying this jacket for whatever you need it for, its a great product for casual use or your workouts.

I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. The design features on this adorable jacket are SO GOOD! I ski in it and I love all the things- the hood fits perfectly over my helmet and stays up, the collar is fleece lined- soft and warm, love the sleeve cuffs to keep snow out, the phone holder in the pocket and goggle cloth! I love the versatility of this piece. l enjoy the vest, especially once I determined how to create the vest that it can change into. This is one of the more convenient running items I have ever purchased and I love it. I also like the fit, as it sits right on the waist area. I usually prefer for these to go slightly below the waist, but this one is nice as is. If you are running and get too warm the ability to change it to a vest is so convenient. This will allow you to not have to drop the piece off at some random location during a race to have to come back and find, hopefully no one has taken it.

I 'm 5' 2 100lbs and usually wear an XS and this jacket fits me well with extra room for layering. I love the Turtle Dove color as it is a creamy/vanilla shade that pairs well with any snow pant color. Amazing features- snow skirt, thumb cut outs, water proof and wind proof, zippers up to my chin, well insulated, and, multiple pockets. This jacket is one of the best quality ski jackets on the market now. I would say it's comparable to Helly Hansen's Alphelia jacket in terms of fit and features but for a lower price point. It even has a similar fit to the Arc'teryx jackets if you cinch the waistline in and tuck it. You can get away with wearing no layers underneath this jacket in 30F weather. I 've already gotten many compliments and will be wearing this to back to back ski trips in Vermont and Colorado! I agree with other reviews that a snow helmet can not fit underneath the hood, but that is NOT a con for me as wearing a hood while skiing usually obstructs my view anyway.

Purchased this coat in white last year and absolutely LOVE it! The hood is very large( my favorite part about this coat), but stays out of your face. Jacket is warm, but not too warm( like a down coat would be). It's sporty and I get a ton of compliments on it every time I wear it. I am 5' 10 '', 140 lbs, and got an XL, and it fits well! [ I have tried many rain jackets but rarely do they beat Fjallraven( even some hunting brands). I Love the big, adjustable hood and adjustable wrist. The material is not paper thin and cheap. I do wish it had side pockets but not a deal breaker. I do n't stuff the pockets like a purse so I have no problems with chest pockets. I 'm not into the look of puffer jackets, but needed a warm goose down and landed on this design which I like better than the traditional design. The fit is great, not too loose not too tight. But, I debated keeping it for a while. I will be using this while speed skating on the outdoor oval in Lake Placid. However, it's been very cold here in North Texas and I 've been ice skating a lot, where the rinks are kept extremely cold. This jacket is like wearing a hug. It is super cozy warm. It's definitely become my new favorite piece to wear anytime I 'm cold. Excellent insulation while super lightweight. Plus, it's a unique design for being a puffer. Does n't look bulky. Get it!

Great jacket, lightweight and very warm. I use it for snowboarding as an under layer for my shell and casually around town. Seems to be shedding a few feathers, but not too much concern at this point. The BEST part about this is it does not hold odors like polyester. I can wear this jacket for weeks without concern. Similar Patagonia jackets you wear once and they are basically ruined. Personally, I think the `` light '' version is better for technical wear, while the `` regular '' is cuter and more fashion- forward.

I am an adventure supervisor at a therapeutic boarding school in Northwest Montana, and I use this jacket to lead hiking, biking, and climbing trips in cool temperatures. I also took this jacket camping with me in Glacier National Park when the temperatures got down into the teens, so I was able to compare its warmth to some of my other jackets. Although it loses some of its warmth without a hood, it kept me surprisingly warm in those low temps. Overall, however, I found that the biggest positive to this jacket is the durable material! The stretchdown feels more resistant to nicks and tearing, and I can see this jacket lasting a long time. It's also a plus for me that the down is RDS certified-- yay for animal welfare! I would not bring this as my only puffy jacket when backpacking because I would need the extra warmth that a hood brings. However, this layer would be really great for climbing in moderately cool temperatures because of how durable the material would be on the rock, or as a bonus layer to stuff in a pack for a little extra warmth. I gave this jacket four stars, mostly because of the fit. I am 5' 5 '', 120lbs, and I ordered a small because I normally like to layer underneath my puffy jackets. However, a small is too big on me even with layers underneath, and it also has a boxy fit around the shoulders. I would order an XS next time for sure!
