I 'm 5' 4 '' and was 125 pounds when I purchased 3 of the t- shirts in medium and I feel they fit perfect for me. I absolutely love this shirt! I 'm 5' 5 '' size 16 and a 1x fits me perfect. It fits well around the shoulders/chest and then flows out so the tummy area is a little looser. Itm's exactly what I look for in a workout top.
