Wow these are really great for a few reasons. There is a lot of padding where it should be on your hands and fingers. Nice quality leather on the palms and stretchy nylon on the back. The only thing is these do run small, size up one size.

These gloves were given to my wife who is an avid bicycle rider. They are very comfortable, and the padding, while not meant for bike riding, makes the bike riding experience even better. They will definitely help mitigate potential blisters and callouses resulting from lifting weights or bike riding and we would recommend them to anyone looking to do either of those activities. The open finger- holes is also good for these highly strenuous activities as the gloves will protect while also keeping your hands cool and limiting the amount of sweat that will be generated. I still love these gloves and will continue to use them. HOWEVER, I did gain some more experience with them. Doing astrophotography in Arches in 21 degree weather taught me that I 'll need to add another layer and use hand warmers with these. They were fine while the blood was pumping, but when it came to waiting around, my fingers got numb. They would be perfectly fine for anything above 32 degrees. The pull tabs and large openings made it easy to get my hands in and out quickly. Adjusts at the wrist and opening for a tighter fit.
